網上預約只有附早餐不附晚餐的選擇。想說這麼偏僻的地方，checkin的時候再加購即可。事實上還提早電話通知旅館。結果不但被拒絕，櫃檯客服要我們自己帶吃的進來，而且居然還說「外から持ち込み食品などは目を瞑るから」（外面帶進來的餐點，我們會睜一隻眼閉一隻眼）！聞所未聞。

From the name Azumino Hotaka View Hotel, I thought it would be a hotel with a great view, but the room on the first floor only had a view of the courtyard, so I couldn't see any view. The equipment in the room is also not good. There was only a mirror in the bathroom, and there was no vanity or full-length mirror. No glass cups either. Drinking whiskey in the room was also terrible as it was in a plastic cup. It was not a hotel worth the price.

It feels old, unlike the atmosphere of the homepage. The wine that you can drink for one coin in the lobby was very good, and the breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety. The staff was also polite and very nice. Unfortunately, perhaps because I chose the most standard room, it was dim and smelled of mold, the futon was flimsy, and there was no air conditioning, only a dial-type fan. The bath is far away, and I know it's deep in the mountains, but the open-air bath was full of moths and insects and felt disgusting, so I couldn't go in. There were quite a few small insects floating in the indoor bath as well. There was so much hair in the changing room that I thought it was unsanitary. There are almost no amenities, so you have to bring your own. Unfortunately, I won't be going again.

未就学児連れ家族でお世話になりました。和洋室のお部屋に泊まりました。 思ったより山を登ったところにあり、ちょうどかなり雪が降って一面新雪の中を進んだので少し不安になりましたが、到着すると吹き抜けで豪華なロビー、そして暖炉。山道の外れにはそぐわないくらい立派なホテルでびっくりしました。 温泉は泉質も良く、とても楽しめました。ほかの方の口コミにもありますが、確かに場所が少し遠いのが難点。広いホテルなので仕方ないですね。 部屋は若干の古さはありますが、綺麗にメンテナンスされていて快適です。 広さも十分で、窓の外から見える木々の景色も素敵でした。 食事は朝食のみ戴きましたが、ブッフェはとてもしっかりしていて、美味しかったです。 スタッフの方も親切で、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。 また安曇野方面に伺う際には、利用したいと思います。
