This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their shitty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous

Cet hôtel n'est pas a la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles a cause des services approximatifs. Le restaurant du soir n'a pas un bon rapport qualité/prix tant au niveau de la quantité que de la qualité. La réception laisse à désirer ; la personne qui nous a reçus parlait mal le français. Le petit déjeuner est complet et plutôt agréable au 5eme étage. Nous avions une chambre dans la partie ancienne avec une très grand terrasse et une belle vue mais la salle de bain était ancienne. Le personnel aurait besoin d'une bonne formation pour apporter un bon service a la clientèle.

Overall the hotel was awesome but had a few quirks that prevent me from giving five stars. Pros: Breakfast was amazing with stunning views of the area. Hotel had several activities including paddle boat rentals, kayaks, and several pools. Staff were incredibly friendly. Cons: The indoor pool that was advertised as "warm" was freezing. "King" bed was two twins pushed together. Lunch and dinner were good but not what I would expect based on the price (wasn't amazing). Service was very friendly but everything was slower than expected. For example, we asked for laundry service, but they took two hours to pick up the laundry and then 36 hours to return it clean. We asked for towels but they only brought up two after 30 minutes (we are a family of four). Room service delivered some of the food hot, some warm, and some cold.

The beginning was a bit difficult, but after that, Mona and the manager Mehdi were really kind and understanding. Their attitude was very kind and helpful. The villa with the private pool is incredible.

Our room was very large , bed was large emperor bed , nice bath and shower . Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.

L’hôtel est situé sur un spot incroyable, une vue à couper le souffle! L’hôtel a mon sens mal entretenu c’est bien dommage. Nous avions réservé la chambre 804 (suite de 80 m2). Malheureusement 40 m2 sont consacrés à la terrasse et la chambre est petite pour une suite. … ça reste un endroit top !

superbe hotel perché dans la montagne. Service au top. Chambres luxueuses et spacieuses. Nous avons mange aux deux restaurants (buffet et restaurant plus traditionnel) et les deux etaient excellents.
