We went there 3 of us we want to get to the pool after hot weather and 30 min walking from the main gate , but they stopped us in the entrance, they told us that the pool it’s not open yet , then we asked to get to the cafe, finally they let us in , we ask for a coffee then we went to the rooftop we saw people swimming in the pool , honestly we felt disappointed. We asked why you lied to us about the pool, but the receptionist he seemed like angry and rude for us, then we left the house, we did not wanted any problems we this rude man who is in the reception. So we don’t recommended this place there is another places we good service in the other side of the lake .

Durant cette période du Ramadan, accueil très agréable, service aux petits soins et buffet complet permettant de nourrir 5 jeunes adultes et 2 plus vieux avec des besoins très différents. Je recommande sans hésitation! Chambres vieillottes mais bien équipées et vue extraordinaire sur le lac

Don't even think!!! Hotel that time stopped in the 50's. Horrible room, bed, bathroom, shower that gives you few drops. Can't adjust the air condition, so you either sweat or get sick. No elevator. You need to go down 3 floors to get to the pool. This hotel looks so promising when you arrive, but it ends in the front door. Very disappointed.

Ce n'est pas ma première fois dans cette hôtel, chaque fois que je viens à Bin Ouidane, je prends un café dans cet hôtel. La vue est juste magnifique. Et cette fois j'ai passé une nuit, la chambre est spacieuse, le lit est propre et comfortable. La salle de bain est bien équipée. Ce qui est meilleur c'est le personnel qui est à l'écoute et serviable, et le directeur général qui nous a rendu le séjour mémorable. Je reviendrai sans doute.
