Muhtemelen fiyat olarak çevredeki en iyilerden birisi. Konum olarak hem Cunda hem Ayvalık merkeze yakın olması avantaj. Otelin hemen önünden minibüsler geçiyor, taksi durakları yakın. Kahvaltı ***et yeterliydi, çalışanlar da aile işletmesi gibi ilgililer. Bizim odamız zaten en ucuz ve küçük olandı, sadece konaklama amaçlı bakarsanız çok sorun olmaz.

Ik heb alleen gereisd.
Kamer was middelmatig maar door bed weinig ruimte om te bewegen.
Douch en toilet heel erg klein en matig onderhouden. Bed kraakte aan alle kanten.
Stekkers hingen er los bij 😔
Airconditioning deed het trouwens heel goed.
Wel erg vriendelijk eigenaar en dame aan de balie.
Lekkere simpele ontbijt.
En een mooi locatie, strand en beach club praktisch om de hoek. Centrum op loopafstand. Ook Ayvalik is een mooi stadje met verschillende cafeetjes aan zee en mogelijkheden om te winkelen.

Odalar aşırı küçük, yaşam alanı sunmaktan uzak ayrıca mobilyalar kırık ve eski. Odayı karınca basmış durumdaydı ve yetkilinin çözümü başka bir oda veya konaklama imkanı sunmak yerine 2 fıs çamaşır suyu sıkmak oldu. Banyonun lambası yanmıyor ve banyo da karınca dolu. Küçüklügünden bahsetmiyorum bile. Kahvaltı ortalama ancak kullanılan tabak, bardak vb. gereçler de temiz değildi. Konum fena değil ancak yazıldığı gibi otopark yok, otelin önüne park ediyorsunuz. Kısacası kötü bir tecrübeydi, zorda kalınsa bile gidilmemeli.

Bayıldık Akçay'da kalıp çevre illeri gezmeyi planlıyorduk aynı otelde 4 gece kalmayı planlıyorduk ve daha pahalıya çok pis çok kötü bi otelde hem de. 1 gece dayanamayıp buraya geldik. Geri kalan günlerimiz çok güzel tertemiz geçti sabah olsun da kahvaltı yapalım o huzuru yaşayalım diye bekledik resmen. Çalışanlar çok gülen yüzlü çok kibar. Kesinlikle Cunda'nın tadı bu otelle çıktı
