"Excellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus. The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying. Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai."

Clean and neat room best restaurants for lunch and bfast, such a nice garden for morning walk. Fast check in/out. Reasonable price and big portion meals. "

"While we had a good stay at the hotel with good food and room services, Mr. Abhishek the front office manager cheated us. Since we had booked three rooms and were only 5 pax, we were offered to surrender one room and were promised a refund of Ra.5500. Despite following up for more than 100 times they have refunded the promised amount. Mr. Dubey supposed to be the MD doesn’t come on call. Please be careful with the staff, they can end up cheating you all as they have cheated us."
