Stunning hotel entry/entrance. Nice room and all my special requests were granted.
Reception and guest relation service is good. Unfortunately the room service, at the pool and in the restaurants is lacking.
Loud gardening work should be postponed after 10am. A birthday party kept me awake at 3am. But the hotel very well managed my complaint.
The fitness room is too small.

My husband and I have been to the Amara consistently over the last four years. The Amara is definitely the best hotel in Cyprus. Although the hotel is beautiful it is the staff who make the hotel outstanding and make you want to return. I am hesitant to name all the wonderful people as I don’t want to miss anyone out but a big thank you to everyone who has looked after us: Maya & Elena Sifis, Katarina K (Tokyo 😂) All the pool / beach staff: Ramon, Petru, Ali, Stavros, Voulla, Christina, Andrei, Chedi The lovely Mario and the breakfast team. All the lovely team in the Lobby, Dorina, Ana, Valandis, Ieva, Yulia. Katarina and the team at reception. See you all in May!!

Thank you for another incredible stay at the Amara! Everything from the sunny weather to the beautiful setting was perfect. Many of the staff remembered us from our previous stays and welcomed us warmly. Beefbar is a great addition to the hotel and we loved it so much we ate there twice. A true 5* experience and we cannot wait to return. Thank you!

This review concerns our most recent 3 night stay and wedding celebrations held at Amara hotel. This was a 5* experience from A to Z. From check-in to check-out, we could not find a fault. Apart from the stellar grounds, luxury rooms (all sea view), and excellent breakfast/dining, where Amara really stands out, is the service provided by staff, who elevate the brand and do their best to make the guests' experience bespoke. They have really won us customers.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious . Complimentary soft drinks & water in your room,this is replenished daily however we did have a couple of days which were missed. Toiletries are Balmain Paris ,you get a couple of small vanity sets but these weren’t replenished. The swimming pool area is lovely,with a family pool & adult only pool,although there were many occasions when children were in the adult only pool & sometimes they were asked to get out but others times they seemed to turn a blind eye. Service around the pool is excellent,with a special mention to Christina,who was always checking if guests wanted anything & nothing was too much trouble. Water is complimentary around the pool. Breakfast was very good ,plenty of options . Marios greeted us each morning with a good morning,smile & handshake ,making each guest feel special. The restaurants are amazing but very expensive.There are a few options outside of the hotel within walking distance.

We had our wedding here and stayed for a couple of days. It was amazing, from beginning to end, the whole experience was magical and Lydia (the events manager) made sure everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is beautiful and was the perfect location, can’t wait to return!!
