The breakfast is good! It's rich in varieties! The taste is not bad! The room is a bit small! Good location! The hotel has a parking lot! In the off-season, there is few places for dining near the hotel!

Arrived late to discover man on reception fast asleep, once awake very limited English. Hotel was clean and presentable even if a bit dated and tatty in areas. First impressions on hall carpets were not great. Pool area needs some tlc with broken parasols and loungers. Location is fantastic, right on the beach and a short walk to centre of town. Restaurant was ok, always found something to eat albeit a bit bland and same dishes most days. Daytime music often inappropriate for a family hotel with ******** music and colourful lyrics. The outdoor bar was sometimes not manned and had to wait for a member of staff to turn up. The night bar tender was renamed kiosk Keith, at the stroke of midnight he shut everything and turned out all the lights whilst everyone was still drinking. Reception staff were always helpful, however, the bar and dinning staff seemed to have an inability to smile, not very friendly at all. Ironic they had the tip pot on the bar with the comment ‘tips for a beautiful smile’. You have to pay for the use of the room safe (which is a key) and for the use of the fridge. Room keys always failing and have to go to reception to get recoded. Do not pay for broadband, there is no passcode, we realised this after we paid €20 for 7 days. Some evening entertainment, the dancers and fire act were great, shame they had to perform in the car park! Although the singer must have been from local Karaoke bar. Home now and two of our party have had skin issues from sitting on side of pool, blisters on skin, the area is slimy! Saying all this we had a great time away and would visit the hotel again. Just won’t be sat on the edge of the pool next time though. Beautiful view from our room, housekeepers looked after us, plenty of all inclusive drinks and snacks available too.

Very much recommend this hotel! It’s really boutique, perfect for quiet relax. The pool is small but pleasant to play in with enough sun beds and space for everyone. The beach is also close if you prefer, with bars, music etc. The Ayia Napa nightlife is far away not to disturb you but within a reach.

Good : nice modern hotel, good food, clean room Bad : outdoor pool and private deluxe pool not heated and unusable in my opinion, indoor spa pool very cold ( but can be used ), coffee machine in every room but you pay for the coffee capsules, no actual direct sea view from the deluxe partial sea view rooms (only from the balcony). Overall good, but can be improved, I wouldn’t come again until they lower prices or address issues.

Average experience because it is below expectation. mediocre personal services, the kind of communication from the personal side is far below mediocre. Apart from the 2 Romanians at the restaurant and at the bar on the beach and an older gentleman also from the beach, the rest of the staff's attitude is totally disappointing. They don't have a mini bar at ”5 stars”, they give the Romanians rooms for disabled people that are uncomfortable if you stand up because everything is very low. We asked for another room and they give but after many interventions. The upstairs rooms with a sea view are beautiful, you must take all inclusive, otherwise a glass of water is 3.5 euros. Food is ok. We had half board and at dinner on the last evening we came across a waiter who did not gave us not even water . It's a shame because the location is beautiful.

Just returned from a week here. The hotel is located near the beach in the heart of the town. It’s a quiet hotel but you do hear noise from surrounding areas on a night. Didn’t bother me as I wear ear plugs anyway. We got a double room. It was on the small side but it was clean. The bathroom lacked shelves or cupboards so toiletries had to be kept in bedroom which was annoying. The fridge was good. We only stayed B&B as there’s so many lovely places to eat nearby. The breakfast was very good with an excellent variety. They should offer more variety of teas as all other hotels I’ve stayed in. They only have regular black tea. The restaurant is non smoking but they keep all the doors open so the smell of smoke drifts right on in while you’re eating. Disgusting. They should restrict smoking to very limited areas away from public areas. This is an issue in Cyprus that needs addressing. The sun beds on the beach belong to the hotel but you have to pay for them unless you’re ultra all inclusive which is a shame as they should be free for all guests. The sun beds in the hotel are very comfy. We had a lovely stay in this hotel.
