I came to Ayia Napa to stay in this apartment again. The boss knew me and gave me a newly renovated room on the top floor. Room number 216, a queen bed and a rollaway bed, used as luggage rack.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

Fresh and nice enviroment, with new fresh rooms, nice pools, decent food and great choice of drinks. In the city But still close to the beach and Harbour. The best of all a Friendly and Happy team ready to serve you. Excellent service from the restaurant team, Ibrar in the Bar and the event supervisor Valentino. Great choice of massages in the SPA in the hotel. Had a deluxe room with balcony and all inclusive in the end of october. temperature from +21 to +26C, not heatet pools which might be a bit too cold in some months. Thanks for a excellent week! Second time in this hotel and as before very nice stay.Staff are very friendly reception staff Tanya,Bipu,Olga and Camill .Cleaning staff very professional special thanks to Elaine,who was our cleaner last year, and Frosa who loved to chat.Pool was very clean,pretty quiet and plenty of comfatable sun beds.This is a nice quiet small hotel ideal for relaxation you could get breakfast there and snacks in the afternoon which were very nice from the napa crown.Main meals were served in the sister hotel Nelda Beach which was only a short walk over the road ,again food was excellent always a good choice.The all inclusive was in the napa crown a well run sports bar attached to the hotel this is a public pub well run by Marios a really friendly chap who always welcomed us,his staff are very professional special mention to Purushottam who is very friendly and polite but happy to serve you.The staff remembered us from last year which is nice.There is also a well stocked supermarket attached which is open very late and well priced. The downside is that we needed two rooms My friend had a pool view I paid quite a lot extra for a Sea view room as these were the only rooms left.We were intrigued as to where the sea view room would be as we are a little way from the sea.We arrived early hours my friends pool view was a wall you could see the pool if you looked round the wall,however the staff being what they are gave him a sea view room the next morning free of charge.My sea view was from my balcony on the top floor granted you could see the sea but it was a long way off ,couldn’t make anything out and definitely not worth the £300 I paid extra than a pool view.Tui contacted the hotel and we’re told that it was classed as a sea view if you want to see boats etc I would advise that you to take binoculars,I would definitely use this hotel again just wouldn’t pay for a distant Sea view,just a shame this is my only complaint but it’s a lot of money for what you get.

The hotel was great. Exactly like on the pictures. I can reccomend to choose this hotel for anyone, family, friends, couples.. There is very good restaurant vere we ate, two bars with great wiew. Inside and outside pools were clean, also wery nice gym were we could go. Everything was clean, workers was nice. I can reccomend to visit and choose this hotel for 100%.

Had reservations about visiting Ayia Napa thinking it was going to be loud and brash but how wrong I was !! This hotel looks over the picturesque harbour at Ayia Napa . Quiet hotel . The rooms are large and come with balcony and cleaned daily . Reception area clean and relaxed atmosphere with friendly multi lingual staff. Booked in for b and b but having experienced the evening menu in the restaurant spent many an evening there . We also met up with friends and had a lovely meal and plenty of cocktails . Staff attentive occasionally requests lost in translation but resolved quickly . Lovely clean swimming pool and small area with sun loungers . Some evening entertainment on site but otherwise a quiet hotel and family friendly. Small car park on site should you have a hire car with a public car park across the road which the hotel can provide a ticket for you . Plenty of things to see and do locally by public transport . If hiring a car the island is so easy to drive around and had no difficulty parking in busy areas . Aim to return next year hopefully with family ….

Spent a week here in excellent conditions at a decent price. A mixt up of all flavors: from many young adults that came for fun to a few couples enjoying the old times. Extremely hard working and well custom oriented friendly stuff. Good food, rooms, pool and map location. Close to everything you might want to experience. A very pleasant and relaxing stay!

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁
