Hotels Near Landa Beach in Ayia Napa

Beautiful hotel with 4 pools but we only used one of the pools. Room was definitely one of the best we have stayed in with a view of the sea and town in front of us. Double bed was the largest we have slept in! Cleaners in everyday with fresh towels. Restaurant clean with nice food every night. Breakfast and lunch was nice too. A couple of things regarding the restaurant. You are not allowed to smoke outside which i do understand as people are eating but its an open outside area! Also my wife ordered Pepsi Max(only thing she drinks) throughout the 3 days and 9 out of 10 times it was flat. After a couple of days and asking questions why, we were told it s because the restaurant bar gets very busy and they prepare the drinks by half filling the glasses in advance then top it up when ordered. Obviously after an hour or so, the gas disappears and goes flat. Not very professional for a 5* hotel in my opinion. The bars in the hotel were clean and service was excellent including Nick from the pool bar. We booked the Greek night and the food was beautiful and too much for 2 people. The meze was good enough for 4 people but no complaints! Big thank you to Costas and Sophia working in the Greek restaurant. Excellent service! Also to Zoe and Maria ( not with red hair) serving in the restaurant. Thank you all. Would like to comment that we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the first time that no towels were allowed to be placed on sunbeds before 8 am, so no rush to go downstairs and find sunbeds. We saw a few towels on beds that were take away. Saw Mr George, the General manager of the hotel walking around checking everything was to standards and he even had time to have a chat with me. One last comment. We parked our car in the underground parking but absolutely no signs telling you where it was and once you found it, no signs to tell you where the lift is for the hotel All in all, a beautiful hotel and one that i would recommend but would say its more of an excellent 4* than 5* hotel. Thank you to all the staff that looked after us during our wedding anniversary mini break and made it special.

The hotel staff are brilliant and caring especially kostas he was very respectful and very nice and cared for us the 6 nights we were here and made sure we were safe. The rooms were comfy and nice, the air conditioning does cost extra but is definitely worth it for the money. The cleaning is perfect and lovely. love megan

Modern and well maintained apartahotel, in a strategic position to visit Agia Napa. Big and with everything you need. I didn't try the restaurant but it had a large selection. The only downside was that the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I would go back without a doubt.

I have no words to describe our dream wedding hosted by Grecian Sands. Georgina and her team made our dreams happen and everything we asked for they made it real straight away. They looked after us for our entire stay at their hotel before and after the wedding. We truly felt special. Everyone worked so hard to make this wedding perfect and we loved every minute. Georgina kept in touch with us for the past 11 months and she helped us with every request. She is a lovely lady with big heart and this would have never happened without her great help and dedication. We will be back to Grecian Sands every year when we will be in Cyprus. ♥️

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

Excellent hotel with the friendliness most helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Right on the beach. Room was spotlessly clean and best air conditioning I have ever experienced, it was so quiet and efficient. We stayed on a b&b basis, what was perfect for us. Breakfast was good and hotel in an amazing location so lots of restaurants and bars in close walking distance. I did find it a little too quite round the pool and think it would be nice if the music that is played at the bar was also played round the pool. Couple of points to note, none of these bothered us but I thought they are things people may want to know: You get two twin beds as default, if you want a double bed you need to email the hotel in advance. Not experienced this before and the hotel quickly changed our bed but worth noting to email ahead so you don’t need to correct it once you arrive. I heard other guests saying they had to do the same so was not just us. If you want to keep the air conditioning on at night the panel that controls the lighting gives off a dull light so room not completely dark. Even though the hotel is adults only, the beach bar is open to the public and children are permitted. Not a problem for us but I know this will bother some people. The hotels Instagram page makes it appear that there is often live music at the pool bar, in our week stay we only had it once and it didn’t start until 7.30. All in all a great stay and I am sure we will be back.

Me and my friends have just come home from this hotel, a six day holiday. The hotel was in an excellent location for shops bars and restaurants of which there was a fantastic choice, something for everyone and all reasonably priced. The hotel was on the beach so great views of the sea and sandy beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean, light and airy with a large outside terrace where you could have breakfast. Our room was good but in the bathroom there was not a great deal of shelving or hooks to put toiletries on or to hang up towels, no extractor fan which meant it turned the bathroom into sauna. Beds were comfy. However the tea and coffee wasn't always replenished and we had to ask for more milk and sugar several times. Unfortunately we found the majority of the staff, surly and unhelpful and on our first evening after arriving on a late flight we ordered drinks from the bar. Suddenly the lights went out and everyone was sat in the dark. The bar closes at 1.00 am but it would have been courteous for the barman to advise us of this instead of just going off. Everything seemed to be an effort, it takes nothing to be pleasant and smile. On leaving not one member of staff asked if everything had been OK and had we enjoyed our holiday. Whilst we had a fab holiday the hotel felt very flat with no atmosphere. Protaras is a great resort, well worth visiting.

Currently on or last day at the sunrise jade and am gutted to be leaving later today. Sunrise jade is an outstanding hotel in such a beautiful location overlooking the beach and in walking distance to the beautiful fig tree beach where the water is crystal clear and warm. There are also many other beaches along the promenade. Protaras strips approx 10 minute walk and we walked both the promenade and Main Street where there is a few supermarkets on route. There is a bus stop just to the right outside the donkey supermarket at for €1:50 you get a trip to Ayia Napa which we went a few nights. The hotel is honestly the best we have ever stayed in every member of staff is curtious and attentive to detail with nothing to much trouble. The food is the best we have ever had and freshly cooked both breakfast and evening meal although the option of pizza would have been good on Italian night but that’s personal preference. The cakes are to die for and if you want soup it is served to you and brought to the table. The pools are amazing and not overly busy at times you would have the whole pool to yourself. The sun lounger allocation is a game changer you can be out all morning and come back to chill on your lounger all afternoon. There is no entertainment at this hotel so if your looking for any this won’t be the one for you. Maids were amazing cleaned rooms everyday and brought beautiful chocolates every evening to the room. It’s the little things that make this hotel a definite 5* and we will deffo be returning next year. Thank you to all the staff at this wonderful hotel they are a credit to the management and hope they get the recognition they truly deserve.

Booked into this hotel because friends who just called in for a drink liked what they had seen. First impressions were good. Friendly receptionists and the place looked very nice. First impression of the room was that it was spacious, had a large bed and nice bathroom. On further inspection though we noticed = No tea/coffee facilities. Only 3 soft, cheap quality pillows. Bottom sheet not a fitted one and didn’t cover all of mattress. The quilt itself barely covered the bed area an it and it’s cover again seem poor quality. Mini bar had two bottles of different beer and one can of Fanta. No complimentary water offered. The only English speaking channel was a Turkish news channel. Some better points:- Shower was excellent. The sports bar was very nice, very reasonably priced with lovely staff. The restaurant food was nice but make sure you ask for time between your starter and main. In summing up this hotel I would say that with a few adjustments and and more attention to detail I would stay here again. Until then I’ll sadly give it a miss.
