DISASTER !!!!! Get away ASAP!!!! Coming with my boyfriend for a 3 night stay, we were served. Cleanliness: berck berck berck !!!! Not cleaned, the cleaning ladies do not even pass you the broom and even the contchita…. - insulation to be reviewed, joint of the window overlooking the balcony to be completely redone. There is air passing through, it is a hole allowing air and noise to pass through. - shower seal to close, also to be reviewed. The bathroom becomes a giant swimming pool in 10s. It would also be nice to review the sliding system of the shower doors, because it is impossible to close them. - people who do not respect in the corridors, given the horrible insulation. You sleep with noise. The cleaning ladies who at 7 a.m. bang bars and who don't even respect people. It's hell to sleep!!! - we arrive in a first "aparthotel" room which does not even have a kitchen, and a line hanging from the wall because the TV has disappeared!!!! We get changed rooms, and there surprise in the kitchen we have: no hob (it's supposed to be equipped) or even dishes!!! They didn't want to give me dishes because there's covid, it was a lady who gave me some because she saw that the Mr didn't want. - OMG receptionists, they are familiar with you, they understand your request, but we are lazy. When they see you coming, they lower their heads, or else they huff. I don't put just 1 Mr in it who knew how to listen and change us when necessary. - the bedding: overall it's not okay, except that 1 of the cushions we had was stone!! No pillows or blanket available in the closet.. - the fridge, we hold 1 yogurt and boom more space.. - location: at the top of a bar .. I let you just imagine the noise given the isolation ... it's unbearable until 6am and the young people who come home from clubs stoned no thank you! Anyway .. I do not recommend.

Χάλια και το προσωπικό και η καθαριότητα.Ενα από τα χειρότερα ξενοδοχείο στην Αγία Ναπα που εχω πάει.Η οροφη στο δωματιο είναι σπασμενη, η κουρτίνες ηταν πολυ λερωμενες και η τουαλέτα σε πολυ άσχημη κατάσταση.Το προσωπικό στο reception πολυ κακη συμπεριφορά και καθολου επαγγελματική.Χαλια εμπειρία.
