I am very disappointed with this so-called 4-star hotel, the hotel is dark, the state of the elevator is catastrophic and to top it off there is no socket at the beds so you are forced to charge your devices in the
bathroom because the hotel doesn't even provide an adapter

Genoten van 10 dagen in het napa plaza hotel. We hadden een super mooie kamer met groot terras. Personeel is super vriendelijk helpen je overal mee en het eten is heerlijk ook in de restaurants die bij het hotel horen! Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug

Wat een fijn, mooi, schoon, gezellig hotel. Dit is de derde keer dat we hier kwamen en het personeel kent ons inmiddels. We hebben verbleven in de grootste junior suite met enorm dakterras en een heerlijke jacuzzi in de badkamer. Het hotel wordt goed schoongehouden, er is voldoende personeel aanwezig dat allemaal even aardig, behulpzaam en vriendelijk is (zelfs nu in oktober aan het einde van het seizoen). Van het inchecken tot uitchecken werd alles voor ons tot in de puntjes geregeld. De all-inclusive formule is ook bij te boeken voor enkele dagen, is echt aan te raden want het geld heb je er zo uit. Het enige minpunt is het “handdoekje leggen” in de ochtend, maar dit zou volgens de manager vanaf volgend jaar anders moeten zijn omdat er dan actief handdoeken zullen worden weggehaald door personeel. Speciale dank aan Maria (receptie), Sabita (zwembad bar) en Ana (ontbijt), wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad en kijken uit naar de volgende keer Napa Plaza!

We had a great wee in Napa Plaza and would highly recommend this hotel. Great hotel with great pool in a great location which is close enough to everything but far enough that you don’t get disturbed by noise and loud music on the evenings. . We were not in the hotel very much as out exploring most of the time but had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very kind ladies at the reception, taking the extra step to help out. Interior and first appearance were very good. Its a classy style. We had a clean room, and the room was large enough. We did not book special views, so no opinion on that. Breakfast was nice, good variety. As Dutchies would have preferred fresher bread. Roomwise, wifi is a little slow and the towel drama at the swimmingpool is not my cup of tea. But overall, would stay here again. The hotel has a perfect location for going anywhere in Ayia Napa and there are plenty of parking spots for rented cars/ quads. For some birthday suprises the staff helped me out brilliant, and the birthday cake was very tastefull and on time.

Aiya napa Cyprus and the napa plaza is wonderful we have stayed there 19 time now and we will get a free week at the napa plaza after we have stayed at the napa plaza 20 times the napa plaza is a wonderful hotel and it is in the middle of aiya napa and you don't here any thing from out side

Napa Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pool area is lovely, making it a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay! Five stars!

I took my son to Ayia Napa for the celebration of his 19th birthday. With very little notice the hotel made this day very special for him. The facilities and services were excellent. The staff did everything to please us and we are very grateful. Zormpas organised a surprised room celebration. He really went a long way to make the day perfect. I will visit again
