Terrible service issue
I had a truly terrible experience from a service perspective. The facility was clean, and the location was good. However, due to an unclear issue with the payment system, the cost I paid on the check-in day was charged again the next day. They explained it as a computer processing error, and I did receive the extra amount back, but there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience I had to go through. It felt like a discriminatory act, and I found it quite unpleasant. I do not recommend accommodations that exhibit such discriminatory behavior.
