The hotel staff are brilliant and caring especially kostas he was very respectful and very nice and cared for us the 6 nights we were here and made sure we were safe. The rooms were comfy and nice, the air conditioning does cost extra but is definitely worth it for the money. The cleaning is perfect and lovely. love megan

Beautiful hotel with 4 pools but we only used one of the pools. Room was definitely one of the best we have stayed in with a view of the sea and town in front of us. Double bed was the largest we have slept in! Cleaners in everyday with fresh towels. Restaurant clean with nice food every night. Breakfast and lunch was nice too. A couple of things regarding the restaurant. You are not allowed to smoke outside which i do understand as people are eating but its an open outside area! Also my wife ordered Pepsi Max(only thing she drinks) throughout the 3 days and 9 out of 10 times it was flat. After a couple of days and asking questions why, we were told it s because the restaurant bar gets very busy and they prepare the drinks by half filling the glasses in advance then top it up when ordered. Obviously after an hour or so, the gas disappears and goes flat. Not very professional for a 5* hotel in my opinion. The bars in the hotel were clean and service was excellent including Nick from the pool bar. We booked the Greek night and the food was beautiful and too much for 2 people. The meze was good enough for 4 people but no complaints! Big thank you to Costas and Sophia working in the Greek restaurant. Excellent service! Also to Zoe and Maria ( not with red hair) serving in the restaurant. Thank you all. Would like to comment that we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the first time that no towels were allowed to be placed on sunbeds before 8 am, so no rush to go downstairs and find sunbeds. We saw a few towels on beds that were take away. Saw Mr George, the General manager of the hotel walking around checking everything was to standards and he even had time to have a chat with me. One last comment. We parked our car in the underground parking but absolutely no signs telling you where it was and once you found it, no signs to tell you where the lift is for the hotel All in all, a beautiful hotel and one that i would recommend but would say its more of an excellent 4* than 5* hotel. Thank you to all the staff that looked after us during our wedding anniversary mini break and made it special.

The breakfast is good! It's rich in varieties! The taste is not bad! The room is a bit small! Good location! The hotel has a parking lot! In the off-season, there is few places for dining near the hotel!

Great hotel, excellent food. A variety of restaurants. Excellent location. Excellent children's entertainment team. The hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurants around the pool are not welcoming, don't expect a late check out. They only approve those who book through them. Our flight is at 23:50 and we were left without showers from 13:00 even though we requested a late check-out from the day of booking.

Normally I would wait til we leave to review the Hotel, to make sure i've seen everywhere 1st, however, this is quite a small Hotel, so it hasn't taken long to settle in and find our feet. We're here until Tuesday 1st October... 1st of all I can't fault the Staff, they're all so friendly and helpful.  From Reception to Cleaners, and everyone inbetween, they all have a lovely smiles and have been happy to help with any requests.  All staff seem to just chip in and do whatever is needed at the time... On arrival to our room (23:45) we had a Sandwich, and a bottle of water in the Fridge waiting for us, as it was too late to have food from the restaurant, this was welcome and to be honest all we needed, a meal at that time would of been wasted...and it gave us extra time to get unpacked before bed. Our room was spacious, with Bedroom, Shower/Toilet and Lounge all separate, the Balconies are small but big enough to have a sit down drink and a chat in the mornings/evenings before heading out. There are two large wardrobes, one with Safe, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. A fridge to keep any drinks/snaks in, this is not stocked daily, if you want you can buy items from the local Supermarket and fill it yourself though... All sockets are same as in England, 3 Pronged, however, one small issue you might find, if you also have a Electric Toothbrush/Shaver is there is no power point anywhere so you need to bring the correct two pronged adapter.  This shouldn't of been a problem for me as I Charged it before I came out, it must of switched on in my case as it was dead when I got here, so I then neded to go and buy one, (the Lady at Reception did have a spare one, but it didn't fit my plug) it was only 3€ from the local Supermarket so not a major problem, just something to think of before you come out. The 1st full day was a lovely 29 degrees, with no clouds, and a light breeze which was fantastic after the last two summers we've had in the UK with about 12 days of decent weather combined!! Restraunt This is Buffet Style for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but it's high quality Buffet not like what you find back home at the Airport Lounge! Bars There's two Bars, one on the Grass area near the Seafront and the other inside where the Buffet is both are well stocked and have knowledgeable staff that will happily serve whatever you ask for. Breakfast was very nice, with all the usual selections on offer, as well as some nice surprises... Again great service from the staff, who couldn't be more helpful. Lunch was fantastic, great selection on offer throughout our stay considering how small the Hotel is, it changes every day and caters for everyone's needs and the attentive staff, keeping you topped up with drinks during your meal. Evening meal is usually a specific theme like Mexican night, Italian night, etc but again each night has a fantastic selection on offer, our favourite was Italian night the the Risotto and the Beef Stew were lovely!  Al

Summary: The staff is truly great! The food, location, and cleanliness good. The gym and drinks is not good (see below). Bit of a charter vibe; football shirts and shorts at dinner, crocs and see through dresses/tunics over bikinis at lunch, and sunbed «prowling» before sunrise. This hotel would be average without its people. The staff is great: Attentive, nice and helpful (both reception, waiters/waitresses and the guys in the poolbar). They respond quickly, do it with a smile and help where they can. The manager is lucky to have such a good crew! Good to know: The hotel cooperates with charter companies, and has a large amount of british charter tourists. The breakfast buffét is adapted accordingly. Pros: Location - right next to beach and a cove perfect for swimming. Close to Protaras center, yet in a quiet location. Food - the food is good for an All Inclusive resort (we had some days with, and some days without were we ate at good local restaurants such as Sonja and Andama). Clean - Housekeeping keeps the rooms spotless. Poolbar - the service level is high. They walk around the pool area constantly to check if you need any refreshments. Cons: Drinks - the juices at breakfast are watered down (not even fresh juice, but the cheap sugery kind). At the drink menu there is extensive use of syrups instead of fresh ingredients. Suryp instead of coconut milk for the Pinã Colada, suryp instead of fresh lime juice and club soda for the Mojito, suryp instead of fresh juice for the Margarita, etc. This makes most drinks too sweet and/or synthetic flavoured. The «gym» is not a gym, and not what the website claims. The «gym» is a collection of old and worn equipment in the corner of the spa waiting area (which in itself is small). Much of the equipment is rusty and/or worn. Right next, as in RIGHT next, to this corner, is the spa. And the spa isn’t a spa, in the sense you expect. The spa is a small area with two treatment rooms, and toilets frequently used by guests lounging by the pool. It’s not a serene space with a luxurious feel. I didn’t try any treatments (because of the state of it), but I can imagine you hear people working out right outside, and the traffic to/from the toilets right outside, when having treatments. Other: The reception is connected to the restaurant, and the restaurant is between the reception and the pool area. Meaning people walk through the restaurant in swimwear, while people eat/drink. This isn’t ideal. The sun loungers. There are plenty, and yet people get up before the sun to reserve. The hotel has a sign that asks people to not reserve beds before 8am, but people don’t care.

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

This is a very pleasant hotel where we’ve just spent an enjoyable week. It isn’t very large and is on the very edge of Protaras, alongside the national park area. This means that it is in a fairly quiet location, which suited us. As older folk we avoid areas that buzz with nightlife. There are a few restaurants and bars along the sea front as you walk towards the town, but we had all we needed at the hotel. The staff members are excellent. All are very friendly and efficient. Tasia the Guest Relations Manager is super-helpful. Many of the staff are from Nepal - and they do a great job. We were helped greatly by Puja and Ashik keep our wine glasses full in the late evenings. We thought the food was very good indeed. The Italian restaurant was also of a good standard (see photos) Katerina, the Spa manager, and her assistant Cuara were chatty and fun. They are now able to greet visitors in Welsh, which could come in handy — one day. Well, you never know :) There is no beach directly in front of the hotel. Instead there are steps from the rocks. The water was crystal clear. While many people like to sit around the pool, we preferred the more spacious lawn area. The cats kept us company on most days. I enjoyed the chance to go on long walks every morning. I hiked on the nature rail down to Cape Greco. In fact, I’ve just made a YT video of that Cape Greco walk. You can also hike up into the hills and enjoy great views. Our room, on the sixth floor, was very comfortable and well serviced by Evelyn. There are, though, a few strange features about the hotel. The first is that upon entering the lobby, you are confronted with a huge artwork of a woman who looks to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown. It is artistically fine, but a bit weird to greet you on your holiday. Secondly, there are no guest toilets on the first floor or anywhere near the reception area. They are down in the basement. So should you need to visit them while in the upstairs restaurant, you need to descend two floors. This seems like a design error, but it was not a great… inconvenience. At the end of every holiday we ask ourselves whether we would return. It’s a yes for this hotel.

Booked into this hotel because friends who just called in for a drink liked what they had seen. First impressions were good. Friendly receptionists and the place looked very nice. First impression of the room was that it was spacious, had a large bed and nice bathroom. On further inspection though we noticed = No tea/coffee facilities. Only 3 soft, cheap quality pillows. Bottom sheet not a fitted one and didn’t cover all of mattress. The quilt itself barely covered the bed area an it and it’s cover again seem poor quality. Mini bar had two bottles of different beer and one can of Fanta. No complimentary water offered. The only English speaking channel was a Turkish news channel. Some better points:- Shower was excellent. The sports bar was very nice, very reasonably priced with lovely staff. The restaurant food was nice but make sure you ask for time between your starter and main. In summing up this hotel I would say that with a few adjustments and and more attention to detail I would stay here again. Until then I’ll sadly give it a miss.
