We had a great stay .. the rooms were affordable, food were variable and good , location was very near kids attractions… we had a really good time

This hotel use to be the nice one I ever had. However, I noticed that the services and cleanliness is not same as before.
The room phone can't use and unable to reach their staff. Bathroom can see mould and also the room table can see stain.
Ordered in room dining at 3pm for my dinner at 6pm and yet the food reached around 7pm.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's rest. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which made checking in and out easy and stress-free.
However, there were a few issues that did impact my stay. Firstly, there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Try to call room service but it wasn’t working. Lastly, the food for breakfas at the hotel was decent, but nothing to rave about. It was quite basic.
Despite these issues, the stay was overall good, but I hope the hotel addresses these small concerns for future guests.
