07 Ekim tarihinde 09 Ekim için telefon ile rezervasyon yaptım. 09 Ekim'de mesai bitiminde otele geçtim. Resepsiyonda rezervasyonum bulunmadığını söylediler. Bende telefonumdan aradığım tarihi ve saatleri gösterdim. Akabinde kendi karalama defterlerinde adımı buldular fakat otelin tamamen dolu olduğunu söylediler ve özür dilediler. Ben de başka bir otele gittim. Dün gece ki konaklamamdan önce aynı otele girerken şaka yollu, gülümseyerek geçen sefer için bir özrünüz bir jestiniz olmayacak mı dediğimde resepsiyondaki arkadaş geçen sefer yapılanın insanlık hali olduğunu neden bu kadar büyüttüğümü sordu ki büyütmemiştim. Bunun üzerine ben de ya o akşam başka yerde yer bulamasaydım ne olacaktı dediğimde duyduğum cevap "dünyanın sonu değil ya" oldu. Geçen konaklamadan sonra oraya tekrar giderek hatayı kendimin yaptığını düşünüyorum. Ola ki orada konaklayacaksanız rezervasyon teyidinizi alınız . Zira dünyanın sonu değil ama ortada kalabilirsiniz.

Ikinci defa bu hotelde kaldim. Gerek odalarin temizligi, gerek resepsiyonundan house keeping'e ekibin guleryuzlulugu ve memnuniyet odakli yaklasimlari harikaydi her zamanki gibi.

This month, we made a total of 3 rooms / 3 nights accommodation with our friends and family. I can say that it is the best hotel to stay in Aydın with the attention of the staff, the size/cleanliness of the rooms and its central location. Our recommendation; Especially in summer, breakfast can be extended until 10:30. Thanks to the management and especially to the staff at the reception. Serkan ARIKAN.

We stayed as a family for my friend's wedding, thank you for hosting us here. The smell of cleanliness, the cleanliness of the bed, duvet and pillow, and the presence of a small kitchen made me very happy. I think it was the first time I slept comfortably at night in terms of cleanliness, and the meat at breakfast was sufficient, thank you💛
