JR蘆原温泉站坐97號巴士15分鐘，然後步行5分鐘才到
但未到入住時間酒店鎖了門，需按門鈴才有人接待，幸好接待生讓我暫放行李
之後才知酒店有免費巴士接送 (trip.com完全沒提及)
房間很清潔，晚餐和早餐食物都很多種類非常豐富很美味！
我認為3.5分實在太低(不計位置的話)，應該值4分以上！

客室の天井や壁にシミがありメンテナンスがされていなかった。部屋に入った瞬間なんとも言えないニオイがありやや不快に感じた。
夕食の料理は寿司など海鮮は美味しくいただきましたが、他の食事はファミレスと同等程度。
お酒の種類も少なく追加料金が必要でしたが、わざわざ頼むようなものではなかった。
アミューズメントは充実しており小学生くらいの子供がいる家族にはちょうどいいかもしれない。
