A wonderful place where we felt excellent. Very good food, very kind staff. We felt like family. Lots of hiking trails in the area. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back!

Mountainous Hotel
Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old.
We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it

Brilliant stay in July 2023. Wonderful spot (we hired a car to get there but could get a taxi or for the adventurous hike in via the cable car), beautiful walks through forests, high altitude pasture and along ridges, friendly staff and in particular a delicious evening meal. Would recommend you take cash to buy lunch nearby as several places don't take card

We loved this place. Amazing to hike around, very good food and exceptional staff. Breakfast was very generous with lots of sweet options (I would have liked some fruit in the morning). Dinner was amazing everyday. We would love to come back!!
