Habitación en último piso con ventanas velux ,hacia muchísima calor en ella cuando llegamos. Con el aire acondicionado bien. Un único enchufe en una cama de matrimonio con dos mesitas, otro en la puerta y otro en el baño....un engorro para cargar dos móviles por la noche.

El hotel es moderno, limpio y agradable, pero especialmente el personal fue muy amable con nosotros. La habitación sencilla y comoda, el desayuno sencillo pero bueno. Sin embargo, la ciudad de Avilés es extraordinaria y merece una visita por si misma. Lo menos interesante es ral vez el centro Niemeyer. El casco historico es de una gran belleza y muy amable para caminarse.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, en el pleno centro, junto al ayuntamiento y con todos los servicios disponibles. También tiene parking justo al lado del hotel, en la misma calle, por un precio diario de 14 euros. Las chicas de recepción son muy majas y atentas. La habitación no tiene nada del otro mundo, todo lo necesario y sin lujos. Lo único que puede resultar molesto si buscas algo tranquilo, es que si te tocan las habitaciones que dan a la calle, vas a estar escuchando los coches que pasen sin parar, y alguna que otra voz. Le damos las 5 estrellas porqye cumple lo que promete. Volveremos!

Cama de gran tamaño y colchón muy cómodo. El personal del hotel es amable. Desde el balcón de la habitación se puede ver el Centro Niemeyer. La ubicación es excelente: céntrica y en una zona tranquila.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. In zwei Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer mit Sicht auf Fluss. Gute Schalldämmung. Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gutes Bett. Eher klein aber ok. Wifi funktioniert sehr gut. Liegt direkt am Jakosbweg.

Magnífica situación, magnífico garaje, personal muy atento y amable. Lo malo fue el exceso de luz que entra en la habitación por el sistema de cortinas, que impide descansar correctamente. La habitación, grande y cómoda, al igual que la cama.

Excelente ubicación cerca del Ayuntamiento. Zona muy céntrica pero tranquila para descansar. La ubicación genera problemas para aparcar que se pueden solventar contratando una plaza muy cercana de aparcamiento propiedad del hotel a un precio razonable Desayuno contratado con posterioridad bastante adecuado y a un precio muy moderado. Calidad deficiente del wifi en la habitación y tamaño demasiado pequeño de la TV
