Hotels in Avignon

"Located near one of the entrances to the old part of the city, the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The mattress was excellent, but unfortunately there was only one pillow per person. Hotels usually have at least two pillows. There was a built-in closet with shelves and a wardrobe compartment. In the shower, the shampoo and shower gel were in packets and there was no soap. Interestingly, we were given one set of soap and towels for two people. The hotel has a laundry service. Washing costs 3 euros, drying 2 euros. The finale is essentially empty, but it's there. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. Four types of cheese, stewed vegetables, and cold cuts. The hotel accepts cards and cash. If paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount and no change."

"We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel."

"Small room, which was probably dependent on the type of room booked, the description was so drastic but not to draw where practically only bed took the room and between bed and wall at the foot you just passed through. No cups or glasses in the room, the pipe water (no bottle of water for the guest) had to be taken directly from the hand! at the washing basin. The bathroom was clean and completely OK. But the wacky door to the room was unappetitely old-flecky. The lift was terribly old and you were afraid to stay sticked. The breakfast room was very nice, but when 2 more guests came to us, they had to set up new coffee for them because the cane was empty, which took, also the few plates of salami and cheese had almost eaten from us - the poor guests after us. The evening before we wanted to take dinner in this moodful room, which wasn't going, just in another restaurant room (also ok, but not so beautiful), but the next evening we saw guests at the big beautiful fireplace in the “breaking room” eat there.. I find that without explanation a bad service. in the early evening. Because of the lift and lack of comfort in the room, I would book somewhere else at the next trip despite the location directly at the Pope Palace."

"This hotel is very nice, with a separate yard, very quiet. Not far from the central station and the Palais des Papes, but also with a kitchen, you can eat it yourself. If you check in later than 7pm, the hotel will send you an email in the afternoon to inform you of the check-in method. It is very detailed. If the check-out time is earlier than the hotel front desk, please put the room card in the room and close the door. . The only bad thing is that there are no slippers. Take it with you. The hotel has its own car park, but it is estimated that it must be booked in advance, not much location."

"The hotel is right by the train station. The room itself was fantastic, with a small living area and a balcony (though I don't think every room has one). Out of the five hotels we stayed at, this one had the most comfortable bed by far. Breakfast was decent, which is pretty standard for French hotels."

"The room does not have gauze curtains. The weather was hot and there were mosquitoes during the few days I was there. I could not open the window for natural ventilation and the ventilation was poor. If you need to clean the room, you must tell me in advance (I didn't tell you when I checked in), otherwise it will not be cleaned. The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, but there are many homeless people on that street. Overall, it is average."

"It was a great surprise and became A**weng's biggest gain. The castle-like architecture and atrium have a medieval style inside. It's very good for taking photos and it's very affordable. The room is big and the breakfast is OK. Recommended"
