房間佈置非常復古，設計上很用心，把電視機藏在鏡子裏，不會破壞每個房間的完整感；酒店內每個房間都是不一樣的，早餐雖然品種少但麪包很不錯，是avignon非常值得選擇的酒店。

It was a place with a lot of beauty in every corner, but there were also many regrets. I didn't get the feeling that the staff was that friendly. It was so pretty that it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that I went to see a cat.

很一般的設施和服務體驗

酒店相當高大上，很有法國特色，品質和設計都很好，入住了兩天，體驗感非常好，旁邊有很多餐廳，遊覽教皇宮也非常方便，步行即到。

Beautiful, poorly managed hotel with a very good location directly opposite the exit from the Pope's Palace. The old rooms and facilities are worth seeing and very stylish, our room had a great view. Our room was one of the nicest we have stayed in in Europe. The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price of the night. We spent two nights here, had to look for employees several times each evening to be able to place our orders in the bar and then had to deal with unfriendly and unmotivated employees. Cocktails were good, food in the bar - again for the price and hotel category - miserable. The rooms and old sofas in the bar are worth a visit, however. The selection at breakfast is just adequate if you can get past the chic presentation of the buffet, and the quality is not remarkable either. The breakfast room, however, is again impressive and atmospheric. The hotel is overrun with tourists from outside the area for the daily afternoon tea, so if you're lucky you can get a table as a hotel guest, but then on both days there was only a limited selection of the cake menu, as everything was already sold out and not just at a late hour. And here too you can wait forever for unfriendly service! The rooms were very well maintained, and the chambermaids were friendly and helpful. We wouldn't recommend staying more than one night here, but it's good for a visit to the Pope's Palace. Make sure you ask for the route map before you arrive, it's very helpful and absolutely necessary for the narrow one-way streets in the old town! But it makes getting there easy.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days when I went to Provence with my family to relax in March. In every aspect, it is a French classical high-end hotel experience. The surrounding environment and dining options are also quite a lot. It won’t go wrong to experience it!

Très bel hôtel qui nous fait remonter dans le temps ... à l'époque des Papes ! L'accès en voiture dans le vieil Avignon est une expérience en soi, et l'arrivée à l'hôtel est un enchantement : décoration de très bon goût des parties communes et des chambres, amabilité, disponibilité, et serviabilité de tout le personnel.
