Great location in walking distance of centre of Avimore, lovely comfortable clean room, great breakfast with a lovely wood burner in the corner. Highly recommend the Ravenscraig for a stay in, if in the area. Plenty of off street parking at rear.

Good B&B. Friendly hosts and staff. Room nice and clean and warm. Great bed and bed linen . The room had two seats to relax in which is more than most. Breakfast well prepared and good choice, they even laid on a winter wonderland of snow! Good parking on site. Restaurants nearby offering good quality evening food and drink. Reasonably priced we will be back there again.

This is a wonderful guest house and I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Aviemore. I stayed for 3 nights in one of the rear outside rooms and found it very comfortable and well equiped. The on suit facilities were particularly spacious for this price tag. Also, the breakfast was full of variety, with fresh fruit, cereal, and cooked breakfast options and very good coffee served in a nice setting. Finally, the hosts and staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a magical place to rest and restore while adventuring and exploring. Helena and her team are SO kind, gracious and helpful. The cabin is cozy, comfortable and plenty of pillows and a wonderful mattress. A spot to sit outside and sip a cu of tea or glass of wine.....Everything in town is within walking distance. Breakfast options are plenty and scrumptious! I already wish we stayed another night.... or two or three or more!

Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and the staff were great, oh yes and breakfast was way better than the usual guest house standard. Left the bike in the car so didn’t need to use the storage facility but looked really secure. I would highly recommend.

We just returned from a 2 week road trip around Scotland that included a 2 night stay at the lovely Ravenscraig Guest House. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Helena was so kind and helpful. We especially appreciated the use of the washer and dryer as our stay was about the halfway mark of our trip and it was so convenient to get our laundry caught up without having to wait at a launderette. Helena did "warn" us that the dryer is an eco-version and it did take a much longer time to get our clothes dry. A convenient drying rack was also provided and that was very helpful. Helena also advised that we book in advance for dinner. Since we were off season a bit we thought this would not be too much of a problem, but she was right. We had to scramble a bit for dinner that first night. We made reservations for the second night with no problem. Ravenscraig has several good options within walking distance. We definitely recommend Ravenscraig for its value, its quality and its gracious hosts. We would happily stay here again.
