Avanos ta kalınabilir otellerden bir tanesi. Eski bir konaktan düzenlenmiş bir aile işletmesi. Mekanlar küçük ama yeterli, İki ayrı binadan oluşuyor, ön tarafta balkonlu odalar, arka kısımda ise bir avluya bakan odalar mevcut. İnsan kendini evinin bahçesinde hissediyor. Everything was nice ....the best part of the hotel is to have a private jacuzzi in the room itself, which i haven't find anywhere else...it's location is also great, so scenic and next to red river. Apart from hotel the other best part is service of the hotel - whatever you ask they try to provide it as much as possible. Berker and Osman are doing wonderful work there and very nice people.

Otelin mimari yapısı konumu çok güzeldi. Özellikle çok sessiz sakin idi. Merkeze yakın olup heryere yürüyerek girebildik. Personeller çok cana yakın olup işlerinde çok iyiydi. Özellikle Osman bey bize çok çok yardımcı oldu. Önceden urgupte tanışmıştık onun vasıtası ile geldik. Hiç pişman degiliz. Gerçekten harika bir yer

Kapadokya'ya ilk gelişimiz. Genellikle yorumlara bakarak geliyoruz. İlk deneyimimiz Hikmet's house'nin kahvaltısına ve oda temizliğine hayran kaldık. Yorumların da ötesi. Abartmak değil bu eleştiridir aslında. Herşey olması gerektiği gibi. Kahvaltı gerçekten Enfes otel ırmak kenarında merkeze çok yakın. hemen ırmak karşısı Bigchefs Starbucks Köfteci Yusuf gibi büyük restoran zincileri var. Kapadokya da herşey birbirlerine çok yakın. Orada Osman bey var. Gidince özellikle yol haritası oluşturmasını isteyin :) Emeklerine sağlık kardeşimin bizimle ilgilendi. Oteli güzel dizayn etmişler. herşey güzeldi. Görüşmek üzere

Hikmets house ist einfach wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind einzigartig. Unser Frühstück war so lecker und die netten Damen waren so lieb. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind einfach die nettesten die haben sich so viel Mühe gegeben das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Osman der Manager ist einmalig. Er war da als wir eine schlechte Erfahrung mit einem Ausflug hatten. Er hat uns sofort mitgenommen und uns die ganze Tour gerettet. Das würde nicht jeder machen ich bin ihm so dankbar. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Avanos und man ist auch in nur wenigen km in Göreme. Dieses Hotel war das schönste in der Umgebung. Danke für alles liebes hikmets house Team wir freuen uns euch kennengelernt zu haben und waren sehr froh in diesem wunderschönem Hotel gewesen zu sein. Bis bald :)

Amazing Hotel. Kind Team created family atmosphere from first minute onwards. Good breakfast with great view. Rooms have good quality. Very clean rooms and hotel. Good location close to the river. Nice staff which supported us for balloon and other tour booking. Thanks to the great team.
