Overall very good experience.
Ramdas was our service manager and he was very helpful and quick turn around time for any servings.
Food tastes good but found it little expensive.
Had got a confusion during check in and had to wait for 30-40 mins due to this. Now because it is due to hotel side one could expect a compensation like a free tea or so as a nice gesture. These little things bring huge difference in perception towards hotel management.
Rest assured services are best.

Spacious villa. Best deal if booked directly. Food was good. The person who attended us was very dedicated. Spacious property with pool and play area. Lovely stay with family and kids. Huge rooms. Hot water available at all times. Menu might be expanded more.
