My stay here was terrible and would not recommend it to anyone. Here are some of the issue we encountered: 1. Unsuitable accommodation: suite room didn't accommodate 4 ppl comfortably. The sofa cum bed was only suitable for 1 person. Room had a musty smell of mildew and windows rattled loudly due to air pressure. There were lock issues in every room. You have to compromise with your sleep for sure. 2. Unhygienic conditions: the pillows were rotten and was covered in black mold. When i pointed this out, they said it was common in rainy days. 3. Poor breakfast quality: it was extremely poor quality and didn't even deserve a single star rating. My father is diabetic and when i requested tea without sugar, they refused. I also asked for breakfast options suitable for an elderly person and was rudely told " jo bhi hai yahi hai(this is all we have. Even when i offered to pay extra, they refused to arrange by saying we can't make a special food for single person. 4. Unqualified staff: they were unqualified and lacked proper training in hospitality. They showed no empathy or professionalism when responding to requests. 5. Unprofessional manager: he was annoyed and showed no courtesy or professionalism when addressing our issues. He even reacted negatively next morning when we requested a change of linen in night. He showed no concern for arranging milk for 2 year old baby by himself, and offered it at extra charge despite baby meals usually being free at any resorts/hotel. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing and i urge potential guests to consider other better options in same cost. Cost is considerably more and not justifiable with its services.

The location was good. From outside the property looks beautiful but the room was not good at all. There is an old mirror even if you can't see yourself. Bedsheets are old. And the most important thing is there aren't power supplies due to heavy rainfall. No network no wi-fi. Food was average. We stay for 1night only so we manage it.

It was good stay, if your group is bigger then must ask them for balcony attached two bedrooms, it was good view, staff was helpful. Location is good.
