Carpeting throughout hotel was dirty stained and disgusting. Seats on chairs throughout hotel were stained and disgusting. Walls in room had marks on them. Pillows were good. Shower curtain had mold on it. Hotel needed detailed cleaning and maintenance.

1.) Our room was over the swimming pool. When we walked into our room the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. 2.) Due to our room being over the pool it was extremely muggy and never cooled down. 3.) The beds were hard and the pillows were lumpy.

This hotel was horrible! We had had to get 7 different sets of keys throughout our stay. The lady tried to tell me it was the lock on our door but there were people behind me needing new keys and the group we were staying with all kept needing new keys. They keys didn't work for any of the outside doors, no matter what time of day/night it was and it was the same with the laundry room. Every evening the elevators seemed to be broke down. They had signs on that said out of order. The lady at the end of our stay said it was a "safety hazard" so they have to shut it down every evening. That place is a joke

This hotel is in need of a complete remodeling. Although the staff was courteous, the facility was lacking. On our arrival, the only elevator was out of commission. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. When we departed, the elevator was not running AGAIN. We had to carry our luggage down. The stairwell was in deplorable condition. The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty with bumps in the halls. Direct TV was the cable provider, and Direct TV does not currently broadcast any of the 3 major networks. There was no clock in the room. There were no USB ports in the room. The outlets on the nightstand lamp did not work. Needless to say, the entire stay left a lot to be desired. Good thing was, we were only there 1 night.

Walked in without a reservation-given a military discount but still paid over 150 bucks-the room smelled awful, had no phone and the heat didn't work-had to switch rooms. Although staff was friendly this hotel is not clean,not in good condition, and definitely over priced. Won't stay here again.

The room was not clean. The carpet was spotted and not clean at all.The grout around the bathtub was stained and not clean. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. The furniture was banged up. The sofa was worn and torn.. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We travel a lot and are generally pleased with the chain hotels where we stay. This was a last minute trip and made me loose faith in the holiday inn express brand.

Stopped here for the weekend while passing through. When checking in, I asked for the federal government discount. The front desk girl said it wasn't available. I checked in anyway. When going to my room I noticed dirty carpets in the hallway. When I got into the room the carpet was dirty, and black mold in the shower. I also noticed that there is no way of taking a bath, they fixed the drain so it can't be plugged. When I checked on the holiday inn web site I found that there was a federal government discount available, the girl told me to just call and file a complaint.

I wouldn't stay here - what a disappointment. Let me start by saying that whoever was doing check in on July 16th around 3:00 PM was wonderful. After that, things were not so great. The room was stinky. The bed was soooo uncomfortable. Every time I rolled over, I felt the spring in the mattress and it would pop. We were sleeping at 8:00 AM when housekeeping knocked once and then tried to come into our room! Luckily we had the extra lock on the door so they couldn't come in but that would have been horrifying if they did! Why are you trying to enter people's occupied rooms at 8:00 AM when check out is at 11:00 AM?? We could have been changing and your team would have just barged in if we didn't have the second lock. I called the front desk - they offered nothing but - they shouldn't be doing that, we'll talk to them. Like that was reassuring 🙄

Room had cobwebs,and enough dust to write your name,room small. Pool and jacuzzi very small and gym next door to pool,had kids, with parents not supervising, letting them on equipment with wet suits. Disappointed. 1st time with HI
