SUPER clean loft apartment. My husband and I had a comfortable stay here. Mattress was good, towels were large, Keurig coffee machine with coffee and creamers provided, everything seemed new. We found the place to be very quiet. Only downside was the shower water was luke warm.

The Mint House was by far one of the best living experiences I've had in Austin. I love the location for one, but the staff made it incredible and I love the simplicity of the space (very minimalistic and clean). Thankyou so much Mint House for everything. I will be back!

The decor is nice, but the company failed to repair the hot water. THere's wasn't a single hot shower during the stay. It was clean, however. Everything else seemed to function. But there are some odd design choices, such as LED lights installed in the AC vents to make them glow. It appears walkable on the map, but there are few sidewalks.

Fantastic location with fast trail walk along lake to downtown Austin - apartment is super clean and has all the key amenities needed for comfort. Service was fast for replenishment of consumables. Just great!

45 minutes to get access standing outside on the phone to useless support. No on-site help. Online checkin emails only received when I called in and then had to do ID verification standing outside, useless and bad experience.

Great location very walkable liked the patios and balconies clean rooms would stay again if I had the added bonus of the private outdoor space security seemed on point close to community gardens up and coming neighborhood

Felt like home away from home. I never want to stay in a traditional hotel again. The staff was able to quickly answer any questions I had and were very accommodating. Definitely staying here again and recommending to friends and family.

Conference was in a big hotel downtown, we had to save a little. This place was great, 1 mile from the downtown, felt safe weather we went on the sidewalk or river walk area. Quiet neighborhood. Room was clean, well air-conditioned. I would go back again either for business or vacation. Free laundry room!

Really nice for a couple of days in Austin. Location is in a quiet street close by the park, but you're also quick on the highway and in downtown. The free parking and all the facilities were a big bonus.
