I had a bad cold in the plane as it was super cold. so I went to the hotel for early check in or for a room for a quick shower. The front desk is very cold and rude, and said I need to return in 4 hours since the room is not ready. Today before checking out I see many rooms are in fact ready by the same hour. I explain that I need to take a shower to avoid the situation to worsen or otherwise I will fall sick. Any arrangement would be great, even a dirty room. She said no. I in fact got sick today.

Excelente sin duda alguna regresaría al mismo hotel, todo limpio… Excelente todo!!! Lo recomiendo al 100% no se arrepentirán de escoger este hotel. Excelente atención, todo perfecto uufff me quedo corto con toda la experiencia sin duda volvería

My experience was great! The room was nice, bed was comfortable. I had no problem while staying. No one was hanging around the building begging for money, which meant a lot. The staff were friendly. When I visit again I will definitely go there again.

This was the worst stay of my life. Our room smelled like mildew. It literally made me ill. I tried to get past it because I am not one to complain. Go to breakfast 30-45 minutes before closing and all the hot items are turned off. The eggs, were cold and hot

The pool was warm and clean. Their rooms were clean but dated.The Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was A huge disappointment. The first night we were here they made boiled eggs Still in the Shell, The bacon was barely cooked. They did have waffles. Best part of the hotel where the pillows and the pool!

While the room was clean as was the bathroom, the access corridors are a complete mess. Full of dirt, the carpets old and deteriorated, giving a very unpleasant appearance when entering. The attention of the staff was very good. The sink cabinet looked like it was going to fall apart. Old and unpainted it contrasted with the rest of the bathroom.

Disgusting infested with roaches and crickets .. you’ll step on them while serving yourself the delicious hard boiled eggs they serve here.. and very stingy with toilet paper . I stayed here for a month for work and nothing changed . They never fix gym equipment either in the time I was here. Don’t spend your money here . Only if your company pays for it!
