Big clean room, comfy bed and the breakfast was also good. Nightshift-staff was really welcoming. But it would be good to mention in the hotel description that the airport-shuttle stops at 11pm. Anyway we can recommend and would book this hotel again. :)

The staff is exemplary: both Rose and Patricia took care of my transportation needs from and to the airport. The service is a breeze as you need to have a Smartphone and be able to use Lyft, the ride sharing service. They take care of that for you. Breakfast was very quick after you fill out the order, and the attendant will have that ready for you in no time. I stayed in room 301 during my stay and it was very clean and had no issues with the bed or internet. There are plenty of channels to choose from on the television. Servicing of the room is on-request only. I did ask for the hotel to be serviced on Sunday, but the housekeeper did not come by. I realized that it was Super Bowl Sunday, and most likely had to get home to watch it. There is a small refrigerator in the room, which is always handy and convenient. I did order food from one of the local restaurants, and the driver did leave it at the front desk without amy problems. i had a few issues with billing, but the staff resolved them then and there; no need to wait for the general manager. The staff is empowered to make your stay comfortable. Property cleanliness in and around the elevator in the evening hours were ok; some debris in the elevator when I returned to the hotel on Sunday night, but other than that, it is a clean hotel. Although I did not drive during my stay, there was ample parking in the lot with designated ”Diamond member” parking near the entrance. I will definitely return and stay because the staff (Rose and Patricia) is friendly and professional.

This hotel is good, with an outdoor swimming pool, it is still open at this time, and the breakfast is ok. Personally, I prefer fitness, the gym is OK, and overall I am satisfied. 🔔Service: Well, the self-service printer is not easy to use, the front desk helped to call, the people are very good. 🍃 Environment: OK 🧹 Hygiene: OK 🚗 Transportation: OK

We pulled in about 2:00 am. We were tired and pleased to find a place near the airport at a reasonable rate. Our plan was to relocate to a better/different place in the morning. It turned out that the staff and facility were so good, we extended our stay for a few more days. A huge THANK YOU to the staff at the Wyndham Airport location. A great value because of the great staff!

To begin, the atmosphere is lively! I am a lively person, but being there for business I was sad that I didn’t have more energy to truly enjoy the experience. This is a great hotel for a bachelorette or weekend getaway for sure! First, the front desk ladies are super friendly and welcoming— they also provided a poker chip for a complimentary drink. The bar was great as well and I thoroughly enjoyed the signature cocktail. The bartenders were very nice and accommodating. On to the room... small, but honestly, the cleanest room I’ve ever seen! It reminds me of European rooms which are small, but the fun isn’t in the room, right?! Very pleased with the comfortable and clean room. I’ll certainly return for pleasure on the next round :)

Stinky room and hotel!!! I will never go back to this hotel ever I was not impressed with anything at this hotel and for the price they charge you can get sooooo much better with free food drinks etc, I know cause I stayed at another one 15min away from there! The only thing I can say that was good is it was a very quite hotel, I only stayed one night but during that time it was very quite and the guy did change our rooms immediately because of the smoke smell

Front Desk Shante was a delight!! EVERYTHING a guest needed to know about the hotel and surrounding eateries was right there! I showed up road weary and was greeted with a beaming smile, fantastic disposition, and unchallenged professionalism. The room was clean, quiet, loaded with the necessary amenities and downright comfortable. The proximity to the Capital was a huge plus for a Monday morning commute!!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful whenever I needed information. The complementary breakfast served in the mornings was a lifesaver and included in the cost of the room, not an add-on and with lots of choice, like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, cereal, etc. The bed was very comfy and the 3rd floor room was very quiet. The water was nice and hot when taking a shower with lots of water pressure. The hotel room included a fridge, microwave oven, Keurig machine and a comfy couch. Bathroom included towels and all the little things like soap, shampoo, etc. This hotel is very close (About a $12 cab ride) to the Via Fortuna office complex. About a $45 cab ride from the airport. Room rate was reasonable considering I got a single king sized bed and a large room. The hotel room was very clean. Would highly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable, room & bathroom very clean. Looked like it had been updated and renovated. Restaurants, shopping nearby and not far from downtown. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Sufficiant parking and lighting outside. It was very quiet and uneventful. No loud people. We had 2 good nights of sleep. Supposed to have 100 channels, but only found about 30. Definitely need more outlets. The only outlet available was on the desk lamp and bathroom. One light switch operated all lights including the lights next to bed. Our friends room, not all of their lights worked and had an odd smell in room. The hot breakfast could be improved. Hot foods included scrambled eggs(powder/instant), turkey sausage & belgian waffles. Would have been nice to have hashbrowns or biscuit & gravy. Only one trash can in dining area, really needed one in the food line area as well. We would probably stay again just because the rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

It’s a little far from downtown but very convenient to the highway, so it’s not a dealbreaker. Super clean. Price was right.
