My wife and I got married last year at Woolley's. So, for our first anniversary we returned to Woolley's for a night's stay. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Saturday evening and then had the buffet breakfast Sunday morning. The atrium in Woolley's provides a peaceful place to relax. The atrium pond in Woolley's has beautiful Koi fish. Jim and Rose, October 1, 2022.

Me and my husband checked in on Thursday the 31st for a little getaway for a few days. The room itself was very nice. The attendees not at all. After we were finally able to check in we had to wait almost 5 mins for the only working elevator to take us to our floor. Not because it's a large hotel as it's only 5 floors but because it was extremely slow. My husband woke around 3 am and looked out the window to see that our truck was no longer there. Mind you we were not only under a light but also a working camera. When we went down to talk to the desk it took her a while to come out of the office and she rudely confirmed that our vehicle had been broken in to hot wired and stolen. She was annoyed by the fact that we reported it as and I quote it happens here all the time they will just drop it somewhere once the fuel is gone. She was in the office on her phone and not watching said monitors. Why have them if they are not going to watch them?? After almost 2 hours the cops came and again the attendee couldn't even call us down to meet them, the sheriff had to call us. That was the last time we were spoken to by the staff. The housekeeping staff would park there carts next to our room but we were never offered any service even though our booking was for 3 nights. The management never contacted us in regards to the theft. No one did. I will never be back here. We do plan on contacting corporate as we feel as though the hotel itself should have some sort of responsibility and also because it seems as though this is a regular occurrence here at this hotel.

I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

We stayed here a couple days on a college visit trip for my daughter. This hotel was a very positive contrasting experience vs our stay at a different chain in Amarillo. The gym was pretty complete with I think 4 treadmills along with elliptical and free weights. The towels in the gym were clean, smelled nice and were like thick bath towels. The room was clean and there were adequate towels and washcloths. The reception folks were nice and always acknowledged us when we came or went. Parking was easy and well lit. There were an adequate number of elevators. They put us in a higher floor when we checked in since our room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM. Our room was comfortable and clean. There weren't kids running up and down the hallway and we didn't hear noise coming from other rooms. I have nothing to complain about. It was all positive. Oh, and the included breakfast was excellent. They didn't over hype it, it was just very good by typical complimentary breakfast American hotel standards. Wifi was complimentary and worked fine. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The recommended restaurants was a nice, but I'd suggest 2 changes. Pepper's Asian bistro was much better than the recommended Thai Pot Cafe unless you specifically want Pad Thai. We ate at both. For Italian I'd recommend North Italia, which they listed but wasn't a staff recommended.

We needed a place to stay that was near Park Meadows and downtown and this location worked out for us. It's newly renovated and our room was nice. As a platinum member, we were upgraded to the King suite and opted for the points instead of breakfast. The front desk was super helpful and very nice, none were grumpy! It's the perfect place if you just need a night to stay and don't need the frills of a bigger hotel. It's in a safe area near a few restaurants. In our room we smelled smoke whenever someone was outside smoking, but not sure if it was due to our patio door not having a good seal once closed, or if it came through the air conditioner/heater. Overall, it's small, quaint, nice people at the front desk, and perfect for a quick stay.

It is very close to Union Station and 16th Street. There is a free bus to and from the State Capitol and the station on 16th Street. There is a light rail to the airport for $ 10.5 at Union Station. It is very convenient to buy a self-service machine.

HHillWendyThis is a fantastic hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good 👍 and coffee is plentiful 😋 I will be coming back for sure
We stayed here about a year ago and it was a wonderful stay, no complaints at all. Great room, great service, clean, no bad smells or obvious stains. This year though it was like staying in a completely different hotel. I am giving a rating of two because the staff were awesome and the bedding was comfortable (one point each for the positives) but the place smelled and not in a pleasant way. If I was basing my rating on just the staff, I would give RI a five but the problems were several. The cleaning product smell was overwhelming to the point that I had to leave breakfast when the worker started spraying the tables with some product that smelled toxic. The smell was everywhere, in the halls, in the guest rooms, in the lobby... The only way we tolerated the smell in our room was to open the windows. So happy that the windows opened even if it was only six inches. Carpets, soft goods - multiple stains, looked dirty. Bathroom door would not close properly. Telephone did not work. We reported the issues and I imagine they were dealt with but I really wish other guests would speak up when they notice things are not as they should be. It is not like the cleaning crew would be closing the bathroom door or using the in-room phone... We travel to Denver several times a year and would like to continue staying at the RI. I will watch the reviews and hope to see positive changes. Hopefully management will choose a different, less toxic smelling cleaning product, replace the carpets and other soft goods (furniture, etc) that have absorbed the cleaning product smells, and future reviews will mention how great the place looks and smells.
Aaka916Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center Pros: -Beautiful hotel -Activities for kids (some with additional fees) -Clean Cons: -Multiple staff were not very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities nor locations of things. Check-in staff was not friendly -Hard to find a place to roast s’mores since multiple fire pits were out and staff said they couldn’t turn them on -Not a lot of breakfast option during the weekday -Overpriced My family, 3 adults/2 kids(5 & under), visited the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center this August (2024). It was our first time in Denver and we were really looking forward to our stay at Gaylord. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Not much restaurants or things to do were close to the hotel but we were ok with that. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how grand and beautiful the hotel was. The grounds and hotel overall were very well kept and updated. We arrived in the afternoon and did not have a wait to check in. The gentlemen who assisted with check in was not very happy with life. Didn’t smile and was not very helpful. Instead of welcoming me and telling me about the resort, I had to ask him all the things including: Where was my room located? Did I need a key to get into the pool? Would towels be available at the pool? My room also came with a $50/night resort credit, parking was pre-paid, and we pre-paid for s’mores vouchers as well. None of that was explained or given to me until I asked about each one. If I never asked, I probably would have never received all the things I pre-paid for which is frustrating when I are already spent and planned so much. In addition, I even had to contact the resort after I left because the $50 credit was not applied one of the nights. Once we arrived to our room, we found it comfortable and had great service daily from the housekeeping staff. Water park: My kids enjoyed the water park area. The outdoor slides that accommodated my 5 year old were a big hit. My little one enjoyed the shallow end of the pool where he could stand and play. The highlight for the adults was the lazy river. Towels are available at the pool. Finding chairs poolside were a little difficult on the weekends with how busy the resort was. Not a big deal for us when we showed up before 10am. One downside was when we asked various staff questions like how to get to a certain place within the resort or what was a good restaurant to go to in the resort, many could not answer our questions. One even replied “I’m sorry I don’t know, I’ve never been around inside“ I thought this was a strange response being that they worked there. This was poor customer service in my opinion. 3D wildlife rescue & Live animals My family enjoyed exploring and hunting for the digital animals scattered throughout the lobby. In order to participate, we had to scan a code on the floor and then download the app. Once in the app, you can scan each code on the floor and a 3D animal would pop up on t
Yyushujing1The location of the hotel is on the side of the highway, not far from the airport. The overall equipment can only be said to be improvised, which is equivalent to a domestic economical and practical hotel. In the rainy place 🈚️Shower room, the shower is too bad to adjust the size, after the water is turned on, the water will directly squash your skin! And there is only one shower curtain, which doesn't work at all, and there is water all over the bathroom after taking a shower!
The air conditioner is not good and the noise is loud
GGuest UserThis was the second time I stayed at this hotel. First, the good. The room was large. Air conditioning/heater fan would run without cutting off. Pillows and bedding were soft. There were two TV’s. The room was quiet. The staff were pleasant. Located next to Applebees and Rosie’s Diner. Now the not so good. I didn’t like the $50 damage deposit. I didn’t like that we were charged for our entire stay on the first night of our planned six night stay. We left after the first night. It took a week to have our money refunded. Although the room was large, it was poorly maintained. Light bulbs were out or missing. Dirty hand prints on the curtains, peeling paint, repurposed cabinets, the entry door was so misaligned light would shine through. There were also vehicles in the parking lot that appeared not to have been moved in a few days judging from the amount of snow accumulated on them, as well as an old Class C motorhome in the parking lot that was in poor condition. Once I returned home, I realized that my final bill and and refund did not seem quite right. Reading over the details on my folio, the $50 deposit fee had been changed to an ‘admin.’ fee. I sent an email to the hotel general manager who said the person who checked me out made a mistake and sent me a new folio showing the money returned to my credit card. I suspect it will take another week for the refund to show up. The first thing I did after learning the hotel charges a $50 damage deposit was to take photos of the room in case there would be a problem upon checkout. I should also say that when my first folio was given to me, the $50 damage deposit was included in the total, but not listed on the folio. I had to request an itemized folio which was then provided.
GGuest UserIn the early hours of the morning, I couldn't sleep for a few hours. I chose the cheapest hotel that can pick up and drop off the plane. There is no high expectation. After staying, I feel pretty good, clean, quiet, and delivered at 3:00 in the middle of the night, satisfied.
The room was very clean ac worked really well the pool was great all the extra floaties my son had a great time using that the hotel provided for us. Breakfast was great the waffles are delicious. Over all was super happy with our stay the front desk girl during the day is just the best she is always so super kind and nice to our family and we really appreciate that. A+ on hospitality.
RRamel PThe pillows are like sleeping on clouds. And next to my comfy sleep Queen is like one of the best souls I’ve ever met she is loving and caring for her guest she is always respectful too she is such a pleasure to be around . Thank you Queen for creating experiences worth repeating I will definitely come back to extended stay it’s clean nice and affordable
GGuest UserAfter reading reviews I was very hesitant about booking but let me tell you when I arrived the staff was prompt and accommodating for early check-in ($10 fee.) Girls made sure my room was clean and ready also to the back so I was close to the light rail walking. I am here for a couple weeks and honestly very happy with the price and size of my room but the customer service is the CHERRY!
TTaylor StephensonThis hotel is decent enough. Just needed a place to sleep for a few nights... Had to buy our own toilet paper because their delivery never came in the week we stayed but the dollar tree toilet paper worked fine for us
