This hotel DOES NOT HAVE A POOL. It has a pool but it has no water in it. I only booked this hotel because I thought it had a pool. I got there to find it had no water in it. I was extremely disappointed. Also my room had ants all over the desk. Was very unhappy altogether with my stay at this hotel.

Pool and workout room not available since 2022 but still on website. They clean the facility reasonably but feels cheap like a bad motel 6. Super 8 always felt a bit nicer for the price but not this location. Breakfast nothing worth noting. Would not recommend.

Conveniently located to Naperville downtown. Hotel is located in nice quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for last minute need. Staff was friendly, room was clean and everything worked without any issues.

Worst hotel ever. Found and reported 3 cockroaches in our room! Was transferred to another room that was not cleaned prior so we had no where to stay as it was 3:am. Reported to Dennis, the manager and no response!

Be prepared to speak 4 languages from the time you reserve your room to the time you leave. Watch for false charges on your card. If you just need a place to sleep and are willing to go through the hassles of doing so, this is your place.

bad customer service wrong room they put me in i reseved a hot tub the room had a shower rep lied and said there was a hot tub in room there was not. when i made reservation they assured me it was a hot tub suit i even called super 8 to make sure it was a room with hottub. and they did not give what i paid for

Sign alerted guests to renovation in progress on third floor (where my room was). It was obvious that my room was still in line for renovations--dirty/stained carpeting, partially clogged shower head, and more. Breakfast was very limited--waffles, cereal, and mini-bagels, and with two-of the four juices not available in the dispenser. Other than the waffles no hot entrees (eggs, sausage, potatoes, et cetera), and no fruit, yogurt , or other common hotel breakfast choices.
