Hôtel bien placé au centre d’Auron sur la place principale, à 2 pas des restaurants et du téléphérique pour accéder aux pistes. Chambres propres mais l’hôtel nécessiterait vraiment un rajeunissement (déco très vintage, sans charme. Salles de bains petites et d’un équipement qui date vraiment). La gérante de l’hôtel est de plus vraiment très froide et pas aimable… Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et nous n’y retournerons pas.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans la station. Petit déjeuner correct et ménage aussi. Par contre, 69 x 67 cm ce sera la taille de votre douche dans une déco d'un autre temps. Le reste de la chambre est de même, pas de coffre, tout est extrêmement petit et vous "embrasserez" le lavabo quand vous irez aux toilettes. Tout cela aurait d'ailleurs besoin d'une grande rénovation. Nous avons eu un problème de douche qui inondait la salle de bain. Au bout de 3 jours, on nous demande si le problème est réglé. La réponse étant négative, on nous retorque que nous sommes des clients exigeants !! ben non, nous répondons à la question posée... Nous avons signalé lors du petit déjeuner, que le grille pain (pas de dernière génération lui aussi) ne fonctionnait plus. Résultat, on se retrouve accusés de l'avoir cassé. Hallucinant !! Il y a un moment, il faut savoir faire son métier et apparemment la relève familiale n'a pas le niveau...ni d'autre choix.

Hôtel très bien situé. A noter qu’il ne dispose pas de restaurant et le soir en période scolaire c’est mission impossible pour trouver un restaurant qui a de la place à Auron. Petit déjeuner au top, accueil sympathique, on reviendra !

Séjour très agréable dans une ambiance familiale, calme et respectueuse. Situation idéale près du téléphérique. Local à skis sécure à l’intérieur l’hôtel pour s’équiper au chaud! Chambre avec vue village pour profiter de l’animation.

Always a great pleasure to stay at Hotel Las Donnas. Old fashioned values and consistent service. Fantastic location for slopes and bars/restaurants and next to the best ski hire shop. I will be rebooking for next February,

We have visited Las Donnas numerous times since 2006 for our annual ski holidays in Auron. We have always had a great experience and were warmly welcomed by Philipe and his family. We will be back again in the future.

Proche des remontées, excellent rapport qualité prix, personnel très accueillant. Buffet de petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Hôtel familial, chambre bien agencée. Nous y retournons d'ailleurs fin février.

The hotel was perfect located in the center of Auron. The rooms are a bit dated with typical traditional alpine style but perfectly cleaned. The service and the staff was excellent. The only downside was that there is poor sound insulation between the rooms.
