The staff was terrible and the rooms were dirty and in terrible state there was water dripping from everywhere and the washrooms smelled like public washrooms they denied to give water bottles and were rude everytime there was an inconvinience

Worst Hotel with impolite staff. We booked 2rooms in this hotel in April 2023 for two days. Both the rooms were old and no proper facilities. Tubelight, bathroom taps, TV (not recharged so disconnected and didn't recharge even after asking), locks not working. The images shown in website is entirely different. When requested to manager to change room he said his shift over and left. We waited till next person come, we were tired but waiting for their help for 2hours. Only one manager and one person for housekeeping. The person for housekeeping is very rude and say he don't know anything sepak to manager but manager not available. Even breakfast was not provided on time only poha and upma. Very bad attitude even tos ever us. I wish to give 0 rating of available. Never choose this hotel if you are looking for hassle free stay.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've been to in Aurangabad and truly this Hotel has everything. Cleanliness, good staff, helping nature and all amenities but one thing it lacks is the room size. The room could've been bigger. For 2 people it was quite congested. Overall the food is good, the Tv is working and has channels, AC works too, location is a big plus and so is the pricing. Do visit Shagun Executive.
