hotel room and cleanliness is ok but price per day costly. small refrigerator not working in room. i have allergy to smoke but in given room smoke is comming from other room as there was 🚪 door between two rooms. neighbour was shouting and crying at midnight.

Thanks for the great hospitality. Food was very tasty with elaborate menu. The room was quite spacious and service was quick.

It's ridiculous hotel, Very Bad service specially resturant, No manner to talk with customer. Mukesh Singh always fighting with customer. It is noticed during my stays. Many time breakfast trays are empty customers have to wait Rooms are very bad, Cockroch and bedbugs are troubling tryouts the night No water supply in the room

Ac was not working well, room was stinking and all services were too slow. The good part though was the rooms were quite big however they were dirty. A simple request to change from twin bed to double bed was declined too by blaming that since twin beds were selected - if they were to change the same it would be at an extra cost

This is the worst hotel i have lived in my entire life. The property is old and not at all. Managed. Cockroaches all over the room amd bathroom. Old furniture, not managed bedsheets, no hand wash provided, no shower gel given. Wanted to change the room but staff is not available till 1 hr to assist our issues.
