The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

Thanks to the team at Taj Aurangabad for the wonderful hospitality and for being super helpful. We had warm and wonderful interactions with Khizar and Deepak overall, and the restaurant staff like Rajnish. Chef Rathod was amazing and served up our requests (including a delightful maharastrian thali). Kishore at the travel desk was extremely prompt and helpful as well. The experience at the Taj, combined with the wonderful weather when we went and the monuments closeby made our trip memorable. Big thanks and wish you all the best Team Taj!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Satish Pawar sir(IHM) for his co-operation in everything. Vivanta, Auranagabad( Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) is a very beautiful, calm and serene property. rooms are spacious with a gallery and a big and clean swimming pool. Greenery everywhere. Kajal and her colleagues at the check -in are always smiling and super helpful. Mr. Vikram at the latitude is a very humble human being and looks after everyone with warmth. Appreciate the way Chef personally met everyone at the breakfast (Mr. sainath rathod). The staff at the garden cafe was very nice. Mr.Ninad, Giri-mama(as he is fondly called). Sheetal, the girl was running from pillar to post to attain each guest. Her dedication at her work is totally appreciated. Mr. Ramesh Rautrai at the swimming pool is a very good life guard. Arranged pool flots for my son to help him swim. Mr. Dhammpal, Mr. Gautam, people who attain you right from the security till the very end, all are very nice and very good at their service. Housekeeper Mr. Prashant Mishra a very polite human being. House keeping is best. Property is very well maintained. I dont know the names of everyone, but whosoever we met, we were treated with respect, warmth and love. The lady at the check in also gifted my son a teddy, making him smile throughout. We were treated with so much respect at the check in itself, tulsi mala, diya and a tikka. Everything was done with a smile. The property has small golf course. I would like to mention about the dance that was performed at the garden cafe, the artists were very professional and gave their all to entertain the guests. The trainee boys and girls from the IHM are also doing well. My best wishes to everyone. I will definitely come back and I will recommend this property to everyone.

A very nice hotel. Worth the price. Great hospitality. We checked in around 3 pm. Room was ready. Staff was courteous. We ordered a la carte for dinner which included veg pizza and paneer tikka. Pizza was good. Tikka was okay We went for spa. Oil used for spa was different and non-sticky unlike other places. They don’t have steam or bath place. Secondly message was okay. I would not recommend spa. Breakfast was buffet and had lot of variety. Overall good experience.

Excellent stay, the hotel is getting on a bit in terms of style and fit out but is beautifully maintained and the service was outstanding. All the staff were helpful and polite in all aspects and they could not do enough for us. Excellent standards of cleanliness, good wifi and the food breakfast and dinner) is well presented with a good variety available.

Had a great time and wonderful Christmas celebration at the taj, with sumptuous buffet and a wide choice of dessert. The ambience and atmosphere was amazing, had a wonderful and relaxing spa. It's a great place for family and friends . Totally recommended
