Quality Inn Augusta West Near Fort Eisenhower

This is my favorite place to stay in this area. There are plenty other hotels but this one has a full breakfast each day and very comfortable beds. The people are so nice and will help in any way you need. I always feel safe and get a good nights rest. The room I enjoy is room 106 on the front near office and vending. You will not go wrong when you stay here. The housekeeping staff is wonderful as well as the front desk day or night.

Dirty room, little cockroaches, bad and cold breakfast, not the cleanest location. Both mornings I would turn. On the lights, bugs would scatter on the bathroom floor. You are really getting what you pay for. Staff was nice though and had no issues with checkin or check out.

Disgusting! Pictures do not do it justice. I will NEVER stay here again. Photos will be sent to Choice in the morning. There is blood on the lampshade! The floor will dye your feet black, water repairs on the ceiling. Hair on the A/C control. Stains on everything. I do not feel safe or clean in this motel. I recommend anywhere above this.

I just wanted to say my fiancé and I are and have been staying here. DJ always has been very helpful and friendly. The stay has been nothing but fabulous. Will highly recommend overnight or multiple nights. The breakfast is always amazing!!!

The hotel is ok. It is kinda run down. The remote in one of the rooms had duck tape on the back where the batteries go. My first room smelled funcky so they moved me to another room. That room is much better. The rooms all face out the parking lot.

The pool was not useable. The bed was not comfortable. The door coming out of the lobby was dirty and carpet in hallway was dirty. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. The place should be closed,but guess you get what you pay for. I would never stay there again.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at I worked a 15 hr day came to my room showered made a microwave meal realized I didn't have a fork so I go to the front desk too ask for one not thinking any thing about it i didn't put a shirt on it's an outdoor motel I live in the country it's natural for me my fault but he proceeded tell me I can't be walking around the hotel with no clothes on and has a major attitude so i don't make a big deal of it go to back my room to eat my food 5 mins later comes and let's him self into to my room asking over and over did I have a problem and tell me I need to leave or is going to call the police never in my life have I ever experienced a hotel like this. I stay in hotels every week for work and have been for years never have I been treated this way or experienced a hotel like this one and I never said anything out of the way to him. I would definitely by any means stay away from this hotel I will be filing a formal complaint again him!

Booked a room online and got to the hotel all of the workers were in a meeting in the lobby and were constantly cussing. The manager even made the statement to the employees “all of these fools are checking in.” I walk upstairs to my room and my door is open so I asked house keeping “Is my room clean and good to go?” She said “yes”. So I walk into the room the TV stand is pulled out from the wall, water is all over the floor, and it smells like cigarettes. I go downstairs to the front office and tell the manager it smells like cigarettes and about everything with the room she proceeded to tell me “there’s no way I just went up there to check the room off and everything was fine this is a no smoking in the room hotel.” Her and 3 other employees went to the room and came back downstairs to tell me it in fact did smell like cigarette smoke. I then asked for a refund and I was told it would be 24-36 hours before it would return back to my card. Today marks five days and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called the hotel every day asking to speak to the manager but the response is always “She is not available” or “I have gave her your information and there is nothing else I can do.” I definitely do not recommend this place at all!
