I originally stayed in a room on the second floor. After I came back at 9pm, I kept hearing loud music. I couldn't help but call the hotel until about 10pm, but no one listened at first. Later, after the call was connected, the hotel said that the noise came from outside the hotel and could not be controlled, but they arranged for us to move to a room on the 11th floor and gave us free breakfast. Finally, the noise stopped at about 11 o'clock.
The hotel is located in the city center, just across the road from Queen Street, and walking behind is the pier. You can store your luggage, there is plenty of space in the room, the bathroom has a hand shower, and the breakfast is rich. It is worth the price.

Extremely loud. Woke up several times during the night due to street noise. Not recommended. There are plenty of other good hotels in the same location.

The room is relatively small, the location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the train station and the bus station are close, but it is a bit noisy at night. The chocolate time is very different from other cities. Overall, the price/performance ratio is still acceptable.

Lovely experience! Great customer service with prompt valet, decent breakfast selection, and clean rooms. Location very handy for walking around the CBD. Although our room was right by the elevators, we did not have any noise issues during our stay.

The location is good, easy to go everywhere. Children love tea time. Although there are not many choices for breakfast, it basically has everything you need. The view from the top floor is good. There was an unpleasant smell at the entrance to the lobby, but didn't smell it upstairs or in the room.
