The staff had Told us a hot breakfast in morning was to be offered to us. But that was not the case in the morning, it was a charge of $13 per person for it!! What happened to included in the 358.00 stay? Very disappointed in the extra charge. Will not stay at this particular chain.

Ryan, the manager, was rude and disrespectful including hanging up on me when I attempted to change my reservation in the weeks prior to the reservation on the phone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could rate it lower I would. Ryan should be fired and not allowed to work in customer service anywhere.

We spent one night here while exploring Skaneateles for the first time. While we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, we were blown away by the hospitality of Debbie, at the front desk, all three times we entered and departed. She was efficient and thorough at check-in and provided brochures about the area and a welcoming smile. We had been on the road from New Jersey and were exhausted. After reading in the room for 15 minutes, I received a text to check on our satisfaction with our room. Such a nice touch! As we left for dinner (and needed a corkscrew), Debbie made one available to us and provided wine glasses when we returned from dinner and wanted to have a nightcap. She even offered to leave our breakfast orders for the restaurant staff so that we could depart early the next morning. Debbie was so pleasant and clearly takes pride in the Auburn property and her work. The front desk provides the very important first impression of a hotel. You are lucky to have Debbie!

Horrible to deal with. Made reservation 4 months ahead for a wedding. Charged our credit card 4 months ahead then claimed they never charge ahead and wouldn’t honor reservation at that price and wanted to charge more. On phone at least 6 times trying to sort it out. Ridiculous!!! Crazy!!! I’d rate zero if I could.

The friendliest staff and beautiful hotel, fun, lively bar and yummy breakfast; the only thing that could have made it better was if they had some Christmas clowns! We will definitely be back, we love the staff here and they made our visit the best one ever, thank you!

This hotel is clean and nice, but the room needed updating. Most of the staff was friendly and pleasant. We had a 2 night stay and felt secure with staying here. There was ample parking and the hotel was very close to good restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean and pillows and bed sooo comfy. We ate in the restaurant and they could use more help but food was good. Had dinner and breakfast. Like said, they needed more staff but food was hot and staff very friendly and pleasant. More expensive but you are paying for convenience.

The hotel and room were clean, our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was wonderful. On top of that, the staff was friendly and truly seemed to want to make it stay comfortable and enjoyable. We’d definitely go back.

This hotel was a nightmare! Jessica at the front desk was rude and ruined our entire stay. Pool was closed, we were not welcomed or greeted ever! Bathroom door didn’t lock in our suite - no one ever came to fix it. There is no customer service at this hotel, and it is a waste of money and time. Stay elsewhere where you are valued as a guest and you feel comfortable. We couldn’t wait to return home. This hotel does not follow the Hilton brand standards and will make you regret choosing this location!
