Muy a gusto y cómodo el hotel, contratamos el paquete parejas y nos dieron una cena buena y rica, el área de masaje está espectacular, recibimos un masaje y el jacuzzi de esa zona está delicioso. La alberca es muy fría y a pesar de que tiene un jacuzzi también está frío. Que no haya valet y el estacionamiento esté atrás es un defecto del hotel.

Excelente opción para disfrutar Atlixco. Ubicación ideal, gran servicio y hermosas habitaciones. Tienen un spa hermoso. Todo me encantó! La vista de la terraza espectacular. Nos atendieron muy bien desde nuestra reservación hasta el checkout.

22 de octubre 2022 Fuimos a una boda por lo que llegamos muy tarde En APARIENCIA el hotel esta bien… Muy buena ubicación Muy amable el velador Pero el colchón es de los antiguos, cero confortable Las toallas viejas y deshilachadas La colcha desgastada Y LO PEOR mi habitación con WC descompuesto Me di cuenta gracias a que acostumbro checar antes de usar, pero lo verdaderamente grave es que esto implica que me dieron una habitación SIN limpiar el baño del huésped anterior o al hacerlo lo hubieran notado!!!! El velador tubo que salir a conseguir una bomba a no se donde pues no tenia una en todo el hotel, y la única opción q me daba era abrir el spa para que pudiéramos usar ese baño, ya que el hotel no tenia ni una habitación disponible y por la hora y la boda no había disponibilidad en otro hotel. No puedo creer que el hotel boutique QUE SE SUPONE ES EL MEJOR DE ATLIXCO no tenga la limpieza MINIMA requerida. Desgraciadamente lo cobran por adelantado, pues la gerente del hotel, a la mañana siguiente, no tuvo la mínima intención de compensar la terrible noche que pasamos. Me dormí 5 am pues hasta a esa hora se resolvió el problema y dejamos el hotel a las 10 am Por unas horas de una terrible noche pagamos $2750.00 pesos PESIMA EXPERIENCIA PESIMA REACCION y ATENCIÓN DE LA GERENTE NO CREAN LO QUE VEN EN LA FOTO!!!
