Location was good for access to central city. Good tavernas & beverages nearby. Unit could have been cleaner and AC in main room did not work. Tough when temps reached 30 during day & did not cool off much at night. Thank goodness for the second AC unit in bedroom.

L’appartement est au centre d’Athènes, nouveau, les parties communes sont encore en travaux, mais l’appartement est très bien. Moderne et propre. Le lit ultra confortable et le grand balcon est super.

Didn’t look like the picture on website but clean
Apartment was ready early (13:00 when we arrived) which was great. We only needed a room for a few hours to rest and store luggage since we were taking a ferry at 21:00. However the room was tiny, there was barely space to open our luggage. The room on the picture showed a sofa and a table as well so I thought we could sit down comfortably other than sit on the bed. On a positive note the bathroom was clean and location was central. 10 minutes walk to monastiriki metro. Beware there is a separate cleaning fee.

Beware of scam, we arrived around midnight and to give you the code they ask you by whatsapp for 100e otherwise no code!! the person does not answer you on the phone or by message and tells us first it is for taxes and then cleaning! no one came by the sheets smelled bad the suartier is dilapidated!! to flee

Shameful. It's a scam! Upon arrival you will have to pay an exorbitant cleaning fee, if you don't pay you will not have access to the room... but there will be no cleaning during your stay. You can see from the dried plants on site that they must not see anyone often. You add to that the absence of wifi and TV (which is on wifi) that does not work. The icing on the cake is that the air conditioning is too limited and cannot cool the apartment even at full power (and therefore noisy). We left the accommodation before the end of our stay. Run away!!

Unfortunately, one of the two had broken air conditioners, and so five of us slept in the same apartment. We pointed out that the air conditioners were not working, but we were told that since it was the weekend, no technician would come to fix the air conditioners.
