是的，這家飯店非常老舊，房間缺乏現代化設施。只有兩部電梯，所以需要稍微等一下。食物中等，溫泉也中等。
然而，這些缺點都反映在價格上。結合地理位置、接駁服務、自助式晚餐和早餐，這家飯店還是很不錯的
日式房間非常乾淨，夜晚完全沒有影響睡眠。淋浴設備可能過於老舊，但因為提供公共溫泉，我認為這並不是問題。電梯等候時間不到一分鐘。
寒冷的冬天能從房間陽台欣賞煙火的絕佳地點，放鬆又溫暖，坐著就能欣賞，無法想像有比這更好的煙火體驗了。
另外，自助式晚餐和早餐也很令人滿意，因為我們可以自由選擇自己喜歡的食物，選擇豐富，有些選項相當不錯。
雖然溫泉有些老舊，但很乾淨、整潔且溫暖。我認為這完全沒有問題。不過記得帶上自己的毛巾，因為溫泉並不提供毛巾。
飯店的接駁服務非常理想且準時。請記得閱讀官網的指示（到飯店的接駁）並在前台預約回程的接駁服務，非常方便且節省費用。
前台服務也很幫忙，儘管我幾乎不會說日文，他們還是很努力地與我溝通。
其他評價可能期待的是五星級品質，但我們真的很享受這次性價比極高的住宿體驗。

酒店正對海邊，房間可以看海，好正！一泊兩食晚餐還算豐富，早歺稍欠豐盛，酒店有班車接送，服務好，但因為車顯示酒店名字全日文，擺了個烏龍！總體勝價比還是挺好的

房間很大，温泉洗浴場地也不錯，自助餐品種很多，酒水飲料都是暢飲。從酒店一眼望去就是美麗的大海🌊。

房間兩進四十平方左右，陽台朝海正對花火大會，一泊兩餐2000漲一倍能接受。
入住時很詳盡給了地圖，裝修大概10年左右，打掃挺乾淨，自助餐一般。
去了10樓樓頂室外温泉，略小，視野很贊。
離熱海站挺遠，車站過來下坡走半小時，免費接送車需預約，退房因為車滿了，前台幫叫了出租（當地優步的確難叫），打車較堵約2000Yan。

總體來説設施相對老舊，但是環境超好，面對大海可以在房間陽台上看花火。全程無死角，視覺效果角度的話稍微偏移一點。前台服務人員態度也非常棒，很熱心。

開窗看海、我們是為了看熱海煙火大會定的房，不知道為什麼只有4人房可定，2人入住了4人房、4套早晚餐和4個榻榻米被窩，如果4人入住2500的房價在花火大會期間還是很便宜的。主樓的電梯裝飾看起來比較舊、其他都很好。

因為熱海花火大會，當天房價都漲價了一到2倍，因為離sun beach近，所以選擇這家。服務人員和入住大多是老年人，但是依舊保持熱情。真的很佩服！房間真的超級大
