The hotel is on the island, opposite the Philae Temple, and the environment is excellent. It cannot be reached by car, so you need to take a boat to get in and out. Check-in and departure by boat are free, and other charges are required.
The room is a certain distance from the dining area. The facilities are average. It seems that there may be no air conditioning. The bedding is relatively clean.
You need to make a reservation 2 hours in advance to eat. It mainly uses standard nubia food. In terms of taste, our family currently has a 1:1 ratio. Some say it is good and some say it is not. Generally speaking, if you like farm food, I think it will be acceptable here.
The accommodation and price are not cheap, and the facilities are not comparable to those of luxury hotels, but considering the environment and style, it is a relatively unique experience and worth recommending in Aswan.

Comimos allí uno de los días de nuestro viaje a Egipto y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. El restaurante tiene mucho encanto, pero sobretodo lo que tiene son unas vistas mágicas del Templo de Philae. Además, la comida es exquisita. Preparan todo en cazuelas de barro hechas en las brasas y le de un toque ESPECTACULAR. Como íbamos en grupo, llevábamos menú cerrado y nos pusieron de primero una especie de pisto frío delicioso y de segundo carne, pollo o pescado con salsa de tomate guisado en esas cazuelas de barro y acompañado de arroz blanco. Todos pedimos carne y BUFFF estaba increíble. De postre nos pusieron una especie de arroz con leche que también estaba buenísimo, pero las cantidades son tan grandes que la mayoría apenas lo pudimos probar. La mejor comida de todo el viaje casi sin ninguna duda. Si tenéis tiempo para incluirlo, hay que ir y volver en barco, es un lugar mágico e imprescindible.

Different, quaint and fun. Although we liked it it was not ideal for us because we didn't have enough time to enjoy. You need at least three days to settle and enjoy the solitude. You have at least a 20 minute boat ride to get there from the small harbour in Aswan and we were badly informed by our travel agent. Once you are there is very atmospheric.

It’s very good place to detach yourself from the world and relax. Beautiful weather in End of February and beautiful scenery around. Middle of the Nile. Good spot for swimming and enjoying the view of Feali temple and Nubian houses.
Friendly staff, clean simple houses, in local Nubian style
Negative points poor internet connection and Wi-Fi. Not accessible and only way to reach is the boots that can be cost accumulating.
Not a fancy restaurant but good for the price.
