We connected two curtains with a hairpin to close the windows. We came for work, it was important for us to have the Internet. But here - it's a miracle, if at least for a while he appears. I had to go to work at McDonald's. The hotel administration did not react to all our requests and comments, we were offered to move to a suite, since we do not like it, with an additional payment of 86 thousand tenge for 2 nights. This was the last straw. In the morning we decided to leave the hotel a day earlier, but we were not given a refund. However, the hotel does not provide any receipts. As a result, we strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel for a stay!
