Nice cozy hotel with very helpful staff ready to help with your questions. Delicious breakfasts, but not very varied from day to day. Cleaned with high quality. There were only positive impressions left.

We really liked the hotel. Polite and helpful staff, large comfortable rooms, clean. Breakfast and spa included in the price. By the way, the food is delicious. Service 10 out of 10. Quiet residential area. Bicycles are provided free of charge. We took advantage :). If we're in Nur-Sultan, we'll definitely visit it.

We rented a 40m2 room for a family of three for a month. Pros: -the next day they gave me a large family room at no extra charge -cleaning every day, changing bed linen once every 4 days -spa salon -restaurant -breakfast included -friendly staff -good location -kitchen in the rooms (apartments) -room not dead and cozy Cons: - audibility is terrible (even though it is written about soundproofing in the rooms) and partying until 3 a.m. with neighbors (with alcohol and rearranging furniture). -a strange contingent, despite the statement about a “family hotel” (either workers, or couples looking for love) -the hoods bring the smell of smoke into our room (the next room is for smokers, even the sockets stink in our room) -there is a banquet hall on the 1st floor, where there are always parties with loud bass, from which even earplugs cannot help (and banquets are often from 12 noon, apparently they forgot about the quiet hour for children in the hotel?) - the children's room is covered in garbage and dust every other day. There is no sign about the rules of behavior: take off your shoes, do not visit if you have signs of SARS, do not litter (we were rarely there, because children often walked up to their knees with coughs and snot, no comments were made to them, although all the information about coronavirus is posted), the garbage is right there are thrown. Conclusion: if you are traveling with your family, you can look for an apartment or other options, perhaps it will be cheaper and more pleasant.
