Overall average experience. The bathroom condition was not very good and the cleanliness. See the attached pictures. No WiFi service. Not value for the money. Amenities were not very good.
On average staff were helpful apart from some of them.

Checkin was great lady was amazing lots to do and eat.easy access from motorway j9 and easy to get back on to straight to the Tunnel. My room was clean.slept well.Goid Breakfast.Will be back to stay again as the staff are amazing.recomend...

Overall we had an underwhelming stay. Some staff were friendly but nit above average. The lift was badly maintained and dirty, it completely broke down the second night.

Made a late booking online when we decided to move our Shuttle crossing forward. Stayed a few times at this hotel and never disappointed.

Plenty of fast food options right next to the hotel and super close to the motorway when coming/going to the Eurotunnel. Parking is plentiful and the hotel is good value for money (when I stayed). No frills but perfectly adequate for a good nights sleep and a shower before heading off to work. Wifi is also great and good value (£3.00)

Bathroom not clean and bedroom very poorly maintained (paint touch up done very badly) Smell in bathroom and strange odour in bedroom. Significant road noise from outside (M20) and significant corridor and fire door noise inside. Staff ... indifferent (at best) I thoroughly DO NOT recommend this hotel

Good location and easy parking. All good inside. A good night's sleep. This is one of the best Travelodges I have stayed in and I have stayed in lots over the years.
