Muy bonito hotel y excelente servicio de todo el staff. Especial mención a Vasim, Assistant manager for housekeeping quien se ocupó de que mi estancia fuera realmente placentera. Gracias Vasim y gracias al staff Very beautiful hotel and excepcional service from all the staff but especially from Vasim, the Assistant manager for housekeeping who made sure that my stay there were really pleasant. The hotel is very nice and the security staff are very welcoming. I came for my birthday and hoped to celebrate at the hotel. However the staff didn’t accommodate me or offer any incentive for my birthday which was very disappointing. As a Hilton rewards member I thought I would have been given even a small incentive. However the manager did reach out to me once I returned home and apologized. It’s a nice hotel attached to the Qatar Mall so there is alot to do and see. The metro for getting around is only a few steps outside. The cost was about 6 dollars for a 24 hour pass.
