Avevo già soggiornato in questa struttura 3 anni fa. Si conferma uno splendido hotel, dimora storica, camere ampie, dotate i tutti i comfort. Personale splendido. Colazione con ampia scelta. Possibilità di spa e massaggi. È' davvero piacevole soggiornarci. Ottimo ristorante.

Eccellente Hotel al centro di Ascoli Piceno, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Camere luminose, pulite e confortevoli. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile, disponibile, attento ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma speriamo di poterci ritornare in futuro. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno in questa splendida cittadina.

Magnifico edificio antico restaurato con gusto e dotato da tutti i comfort, sito nel centro storico di Ascoli Piceno. Personale molto accogliente. Servizio di car valet molto utile causa zona ZTL. Colazione abondante , varia e di qualità. Torneremo.

The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower.
The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. Breakfast was good and the service was pleasant. Reception staff were polite and helpful. We did not use any of the spa facilities.

Tre giorni indimenticabili a Palazzo dei Mercanti per festeggiare l’anniversario di matrimonio in una splendida cornice. Camera molto confortevole e accogliente, SPA e trattamenti di ottima qualità, colazione gradevolissima. Inoltre, pulizia accuratissima e gentilezza squisita dello Staff. Da provare anche l’ottimo Ristorantino Ci.Bo.. Nulla di meglio per vivere qualche giorno nel bellissimo centro storico di Ascoli Piceno.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questa struttura, prenotata tramite un coupon Smartbox. Soggiorno assolutamente ineccebile: la posizione è perfetta, tra piazza del Popolo e Piazza Arringhi. Camere con tutto il necessario, armadio spazioso, macchina nespresso, acqua nel frigo, bagno spaziosissimo con tutti i comfort, climatizzazione perfetta, materasso e cuscini confortevoli. Pulizia quasi maniacale. La struttura al suo interno è stupenda, la rampa delle scale meriterebbe una visita guidata! Servizio di parcheggio auto carvalet comodissimo. Colazione ottima e completa sia sui dolci (ottimi i pancake), sua sul salato. E infine il personale, veramente gentile e disponibile! Ultima cosa , da non mancare una cena nel ristorantino Ci.Bo del hotel, veramente ottimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti durante le ferie di ormai inizio anno (mi scuso del ritardo). L’hotel è comodissimo per visitare Ascoli Piceno, trovandosi in pieno centro in una bella via e in un bel palazzo d’epoca. La camera di dimensioni sufficiente ma piacevole e con bagno grande. La struttura internamente ha spazi limitati (ingresso con reception piccoli senza sale/spazi comuni) e piccola spa al piano interrato. La cosa che ci ha deluso è stata la colazione offerta in una saletta troppo piccola e scomoda per la marea di gente presente (prima settimana di gennaio), non c’erano posti per tutti e una volta liberato un tavolino, eravamo attaccati ad altri in spazio minuscolo su tavolino traballante, non certo adatto ad un hotel 4 stelle né la saletta né la poca varietà e qualità dell’offerta (non in linea con l'elevato prezzo pagato).
