SEJOUR DE DEUX NUITS POUR ME RESSOURCER. CHAMBRE DONNANT SUR LE JARDIN, calme, vraiment zen. Piscine bien agréable avec la chaleur du moment. Enregistrement nickel, personnel souriant et agréable, bonnes infos. Chambre sympa, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire.

Très accueillant mais tarif restauration à revoir
Le village vacances ainsi que l’équipe de l’hôtel sont très bien, la chambre est confortable. Cependant nous n’avons pas apprécié le côté restauration, en effet, il y a très peu de choix pour des tarifs très élevés. Le tarif du repas a 17,50 par personne pour seulement un seul plat est un peu limite.

Grande déception à notre arrivée personnel au réduit mais pas précisé si bien que les chambres n étaient pas prêtes à notre arrivée à 17 hA notre arrivée après 900 kms impossibilité de rentrer dans la chambre avons dut éponger mais c était impossible tellement d eau la personne à l accueil s est montrée soudainement désagréable et nous a attribué une autre chambre poussiéreuse rideaux moisis ( photos a l appui ) et cette dernière ne nous a plus dit bonjour du séjour nous ignorant Quel dommage sinon le responsable compréhensif et charmant .le site excellent et les repas ok !

Le club est très bien placé pour découvrir le pays basque. Les prix attractifs L’accueil est exceptionnel , toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, la restauration est une très bonne surprise, variée et excellente, les équipements nombreux, les animations sont nombreuses et chaleureuses. Dans le moins bon il y a la literie très moyenne, le wifi quasi anecdotique ( pas de fibre), beaucoup de mouches ( dans notre chambre la moustiquaire est HS et d’autres résidents nous ont dit la même chose). Au final un bon souvenir

pas très propre niveau piscine, logement vieillot, linge de toilette de mauvaise qualité ou âgés, n'essuyaient plus. Accueil pas aimable. Pique nique pas top, un morceau de pain avec du jambon, sans beurre, une boite saladière saupiquet, fruits pas murs. Animations bien
