Rooms charges are also optimum. It's stay is price worthy. Food rates are also at reasonable price. All together the stay is economical. Whatever is expected from a good hotel, all the facilities are available. Room services are good. Daily newspaper delivery in room is also an added advantage to get aware of the world. Distance from railway station is only 3 km. The hotel is located on main road, so transport is available at door step.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Overall good stay. Breakfast options are very good. The rooms are also ok. All the staff are very polite. The dinner quantity is more than enough but quality needs to be improved particularly in the nonveg option. Overall u can stay here. One suggestion i need to give to management, if possible online booking should also include breakfast + lunch/dinner option with room. This category should also be there so that if suitable we can book this combo type of rooms.

We had our Daughter’s rice ceremony organised in Fern Residency Asansol. The arrangements were top notch. Kailash the Manager, assisted in all way possible to set the menu for us and suggested the best that we could have opted for. The staff was very courteous and they made sure all our requirements were carter to. Overall the experience was very positive and I would recommend to book Fern for any family function.

The room size is too small. The room is opposite the housekeeping pantry there's too much noise. The food quality is good, and also the price of the food is genuine.
