Fantastic experience. Pick & drop service available, room service excellent, food quality preparation are very good, Mr. Sourav is very good person & cooperative in this property. Overall experience is excellent in payel inn Hotel. All team members behavior very good.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The food, the services ( especially attendant Biman) were appreciable. Highly recommended. Should make several more visits. One should try the gym too. I will recommend my family and my friends to experience the aura of the place.

Best hotel in town As well as staff was awesome specially reception manager Mr Pradeep and his Colleague Mr Sourab was a very very kind person I give 5 stars in all kind of service Location was near to station Food quality and menu options is perfect and very well Maintained Review is based on my 4th time stay in Payal inn each and every time hotel going more better

Room was very well maintained, neat and clean. Bedding was extremely comfortable, excellent room service, well mannered staff and tasty food. Breakfast buffet was too good. In short I will say that it was a pleasant stay at Payal inn, Asansol. Mr. Saurav at reception cooperated very well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Payel Inn Asansol. It's new hotel nearby Asansol Railway Station. Rooms are near & clean, they have got a very good restaurant but the thing that I liked most was the behaviour of all the staffs starting from reception to restaurant.

I randomly selected Payal Inn and booked a room through Agoda as it was closer to Asansol Station.It was my first visit to Asansol. It is a very good hotel ,nice room adequately furnished,very clean and remarkable service . Very impressive attitude and courteous behaviour of Sourav and Pradeep,operation manager. I highly recommend this place will rate this place excellent for business travellers and stay with family.

Been there for 1 night (24-10-24) for official work and must say its 5 star hotel with all facilities (spacious clean room, Service staff best behavior) specially Mr. Pradip & Saurabh and their team. Best hotel in Asansol nearby railway station.

Fantastic service from the staffs and will visit again and again Souray is the good person and very humble in the reception I will suggest my coligues to visit this hotel with family Iam from the Kalyan group and this is the best hotel to stay in asansol
