旭川駅前で便利、車の駐車場は、裏です。わかりずらいかも、設備は、普通にあります。エレベタ-が二基しかないので、まちます。12階に、暖かい風呂があり寒い旭川にはありがたい。朝食は、バイキングですが、取り皿を取ってからの、おかずの取る順番がおかしい。ご飯、みそ汁は、最後に取るようにしてもらいたい。

The hotel is located right next to the station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Parking is available (fee applies). The rooms are spacious, providing ample space to unpack large suitcases. The room was clean, the pillows were soft, and additional pillows could be requested from the reception. Amenities were complete. The bathroom and sanitary facilities were up to standard, and there were plenty of charging outlets. There's a shared hot spring bath, separated for men and women. The hot and cold pools are open 24 hours, although they can get a bit crowded at times. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The bathhouse does not have windows that open to the outside, so it feels stuffy and airy. The room is just the right size for comfort.
Especially the location is really convenient and the parking fee is subsidized which is heartwarming.

I didn't communicate well with the staff when I checked in. After staying for 3 nights, I couldn't get room service because I received 3 bottles of water as a gift from her. As a result, there were a lot of wet towels in the room and no one collected the garbage.
